I will never buy a cookie cake from them ever again! I went online and placed an order for a cake for my son's birthday. The cake came out to $56.00, pretty pricy, but that's what my son wanted. I picked up the cake on time and brought it home. It was a late birthday party around 8 pm by the time we got to the cake. When my son bit into his piece of cookie cake it was raw still. After further investigation, we realized the whole middle of the cake was raw. We sang Happy Birthday but had no cake to enjoy! We tried calling the store, everyday for the next 4 days to try and speak with a manager. Every time they said she was not there or not available, but would call us back. Finally, on the 5th day after we threatened to speak with mall management, she called us back. She said there was nothing she could do we had to complain on the website we used to order, since they are a third party, and they would be the ones to give us a refund, not the store. It's almost been 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything and spent almost $60 on a cookie cake that we didn't get to eat. I am so disappointed.

Delay in getting this review posted. Turns out I placed an online order incorrectly for 20 cookie card order needed in two days. New manager contacted me and helped decipher exactly what I needed and ensured that my order was perfect on day of pickup. Everyone loved their cookie cards.
