Normally the service and cookies are good which is why im giving 3 stars however, I just went this Saturday and I have to say im pretty disappointed in service and with the cookies I spent over 20 dollars on cookies that tasted old that I probably won't eat 😠they've been sitting in my microwave. I dont want to waste them but they taste so bad. Also the gentleman who worked there threw my slice in a bag upside down 😞. The cookies are usually good i'm so sad.
I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter’s 20th birthday. It came out so cute & she loved it. I wil be coming back for other special occasions
Great customer service and delicious cookies
I placed an order last minute after 2 other Great American cookies places were out of chocolate chip flavor. The owner took my order and was patient with me as I tried to decide over the phone frosting flavors and message. The cookie turned out great and my son loved it.

Under cooked, extremely thin, maybe had one macadamia nut in it maybe three pieces of white chocolate that’s all for almost 3 dollars. That is ridiculous.

I ordered a Graduation Cookie Cake for my brother, and it came out amazing! I asked for a custom design of the St. Mary’s University RattlerMan, and they absolutely nailed it. The attention to detail and the effort they put into the design really impressed me. Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted just as good! Thank you to the team at Great American Cookies for making this celebration even more special!
