Best cookie cake and cookies for my birthday party. They made my special order freshly baked just like there cookies, everyday.I recommend everyone to come here and customize your orders. Let them know you want cookies for office parties and they will give you a better deal for cookies. I love the new management and great smile that employees have all the time.

I wasn’t happy with my experience here when I picked up my plain cookie cake At first I called and luckily they had one cookie cake left, & it can be decorated. I was told to call back if I had an idea of what I wanted, I told them when I would arrive to pick up but I couldn’t make it at the time. So I showed up 17 min before close on a Sunday & I stood in line waited…times passes n finally I get my cake & they told me they couldn’t write happy birthday or anything not even a boarder!? In fact, they had time left to spare before they closed, they just didn’t want to do it! I was told they had cleaned up and put away the icing. I’m sure they started putting the icing away at least 20 min before close, Bc I know what time it was & the icing was already on the racks! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE here from I forgot her name@ Ingram mall downstairs ADVISE:: The employees need to work the entire shift until there shift is over there’s still time on the clock to spare to put icing on a cookie what trouble is that ?!! $37 or $38 for Cookie that was not fresh btw + Bad service**I worked my magic and my boy had a nice cookie cake decorated by ME !- - Tell your employees to keep the icing out until close

Came here for a sweet treat. I got the buy 5 get one free deal. The cookies were under cooked and still tasted like dough. I asked if they could warm them up and they couldn't. I ended up not eating the cookies and waisted my money.

I accidentally ordered 2 cookie cakes because my computer froze while I was making the payment. The gentleman working that day called me before they opened to let me know he saw 2 orders and wanted to make sure it was right. He gave me a refund for one of the cakes and was very friendly. My husband loved the Cookie he got for Valentine's day

I give a 1 because cookies are good. Girl that waited on us gave terrible customer service. Acted like she was being bothered to wait on us.. They don't itemize the cost of their cookies on the receipt. Just a total. I got the 5 cookies, get 1 free, but I'm not sure if I actually got one free. Good ploy. They would make a used car salesman proud. Charged me $9.95 on my receipt, but there's a $10.35 charge on my bank statement. No one is answering the phone.

I ordered a cookie cake on January 4, 2022 . The cookie was horrible it was not even soft at all . The picture and writing were so bad . I was embarrassed to take it to the birthday party . I had to go to Walmart to find a cake . I was so disappointed because I spent 30.00 dollars for nothing I threw most of it away . My kids said it didn’t even taste good . Next time make sure y’all have someone that can write and draw better .

This place is gr8! :)) We had ordered a cake for Valentine's and due to all of the weather we finally received it today. We got helped immediately, and our cake looked perfect and as we asked for! The sugar cookie is my favorite. ☺️☺️ Frosting tasted wonderful. Everything was awesome. Thank you for giving us such an awesome experience! Keep up the good work.
