Great American Cookies

The service was great, but the cookies and cookie cake were disappointing. We ordered a dozen cookies and a cookie cake, hoping for something special, but unfortunately, it fell short. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better treat.

Came to order a cookie cake… person in charge rudely tells the person “NO, we have enough orders” very rude.

My daughter's birthday cake was wrong. When I called, they verified that it was wrong but no offer to fix it. I was offered 10% off my next purchase but that doesn't fix the fact that my daughter can't even enjoy her own birthday cake. Shame

When I was a kid this was the place to go for cookies. I guess I had that nostalgia when I walked in to get cookies today. The prices were a bit more than I remembered, $5 dollars a slice for a flat cookie with a little icing. The first bite was a total letdown. The cookie was so sweet that it made me sick to my stomach. You couldn't taste anything but sugar. I'd rather make my own than eat that again. What a waste of money. ?

I was a little hesitant because of some of the past reviews, but I figured I would go and see for myself. The parking lot is a little crazy because of all the places to eat. The employees working were very friendly and helpful with my order for a cookie cake. They gave me the available options and answered all of my questions. When I went back to pick up the cake, my order was ready. They showed me the cookie cake and confirmed that everything was to my liking. The quality and the taste of the cookie cake was awesome. Everyone really enjoy it. I would definitely go back here in the future.

The customer service was great.. but the cookies are extremely thin… it makes no sense to pay 2.20 per cookie especially if the quality is horrible..I’ve been to several American cookie stores this one has the worst cookies by far..

Had called first to place order but was not able to get threw. When I arrived Staff was able to put order in last min and take with me with no problem young man that helped me was very helpful mind you it was close to closing. Customer service was on spot not matter what time it was was able to make sure my order was done.

Horrible customer service with employees who couldn’t care less. I’ve come here twice and I’ve gotten attitude from the high schoolers who work here each time. Never coming again.

The cookies are ALWAYS fresh and delicious here! If you haven't already tried them you really need to!! My favorite is the original double doozie, very sweet, but very good!!

Refreshing to find they have very happy,upbeat, professional, service got 2small cup ice cream n I cone total $19.45 very pricey $6. Each...but the young man's service was great,didn't catch his name but he's better the ladies,maybe he should be doing training...asklll
