I placed an order for a large cookie cake to be picked up the next day at 12:35pm. At 12:20pm I received a text saying they had to cancel my order because they were unable to process it. We were coming from a nearby county and were already almost there. So, I thought I'd still stop by and see if maybe they just couldn't do the large cake. When I came up to the counter, a guy was playing on his phone. I waited for him to address me, but all he did was look up from his phone and stare at me. I asked him if they had any cookie cakes and he just shook his head. Literally not a single word said to me, not even hello. Thankfully, Walmart had some cookie cakes we could buy, but with a busy day of party planning I could've gone without that unnecessary visit out of town. All could've been avoided if they had given proper notice or just not allowed me to place an order online that wasn't able to be done. Either way, the customer service was a joke.

Cake was 2 hours past the requested time. Employee looked annoyed and was not friendly. Cake icing and message was sloppy. Because it was so late, I had to reschedule a reservation. In doing so, I lost my initial booking fee and had to pay another one. Those 2 hours cost me time, fuel, and money and on top of all that, the cake was poorly done. First and last time ordering from this location!

The cookies with no icing were okay, but the ones with icing imp are the worst. Definitely would not recommend this place.
I ordered a birthday cookie cake at 12:00 pm Sunday March 26th over the phone I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she was very helpful and the birthday cookie cake that I wanted was beautiful she made it exactly how I wanted it for my granddaughter and it was fresh and delicious. Thank you very much :)
Michael turned this location around for me. He's always happy, attentive and in a great mood. Willing to go out of his way to do what's best for the customer. That dude deserves a raise. ?

Horrible service. I got there at 12pm ( when they open) to order a birthday cake for my daughter. I was lied to and told they don't make cakes same day even though online it says it takes 15min from when it was ordered to the customers hands. When asked about said online policy I was blown off and told they couldn't/ wouldn't do anything.
I always get a cookie or a brownie when I get a sweet tooth. But unfortunately, I had a brownie yesterday with a bug on the bottom of it. The bug had wings and all. And I would of never seen it if I did not look at the bottom of the brownie. I just happen to twist my brownie and see it. I was so sick to my stomach... I had a brownie before that one too and I did not think to check it. If you want a sweet from here... I recommend checking it... remember, they just sit in a glass case with no backs.. so, anything can get on your sweets.. This isn't the first time I had something happen. Another time I asked the ladies that were working there if I could possibly get a cookie for my coworkers. She recently had a promotion. I told her how long would it take and was it the same day I could pick it up. She looked at me like she didn't want to do it and gave me attitude. She was very rude and short. She said it would take a couple of hours because they had a bunch of orders and thwy are backed up. And you could tell She did not want to do it and just had a horrible attitude. So I said nevermind and I honestly felt like I was a bother even asking her. So I just went down stairs to the other American Cookie place and when I walked up the guy who was there was on his phone texting. He was rude. He didn't say much. I just asked for a handful of cookies and left. I thought I would get some better service downstairs but it was the same. I never really had a positive experience at both locations in rolling oaks mall.

Best cookies!!! I love the peanut butter cookies best.

Normally Great American Cookie is on point...but this is HORRIBLE! Look at the size difference of these cookies. Obviously the employee's here are just punching the clock.Shame on you GAC for not handling your quality control.

My boyfriend and I decided to get a few cookies on the way out of the mall. The cookies were all bland, almost like no flavor and missing sugar. We had a variety of flavors, and all were very disappoining. They cookies really didn't seem fresh, either.
