saw like 3 roaches, place was nasty, saw one in the cookies

Went in and picked out some cookies, right before I was about to pay I noticed there was German roaches crawling in the display on the cookies. I let the employee know and they didn’t act surprised to see the bugs as if it was an ongoing issue. They took the tray out and killed some of the bugs on the counter. They then asked us which cookies were ours, we told him we weren’t going to be taking them after seeing the bugs and walked out.

Be cautious when ordering from here, I didn’t notice the bugs at first. Eventually saw them crawling over the cookie cake slices. Disgusting.

Cookies were super dry and had hard edges, didn’t seem fresh at all :(

I ordered a cookie cake over the phone and while attempting to pay I was told the credit card machine was acting up and so they would call me back. When they did call back they ran my payment with no issues, however a day later I noticed that I was charged twice for the cookie cake. I called and spoke to a couple of different managers, however they could provide no resolution and just acted like it wasn't their problem. The last communication I had with them I was told that they were waiting to hear back from the person who took my order over the phone to see what happened. They never followed up and my phone calls were not returned any further. I contacted my bank who opened up an investigation into the double charge. I'm not sure if this is a fraud thing going on or where the extra $49.99 went, but I'm rating at 1 Star since there was no assistance with looking into this double charge.

I used to go to GAC all the time in Houston. This location charges you $7 more to do your own design. The cookie quality also was worse. For $40 for a simple cookie, the design should be free.

Stopped by to pick up a couple of “Double Doozies”. Cookies were delicious, place was clean, smelled great walking in & the staff were very friendly & sweet. Delicious! Will return!

I walked in Saturday morning needing a last minute cake and the manager automatically said yes we can help you. I just wanted to say we were all amazed with the results and their rapid turn around on having our cake ready for our son's going away party to the military. Thank you for your great customer service and such talented staff ❤️

Last time I ordered a cookie cake from here it was amazing! This time they wrote all the instructions on the cake. Literally. Word for word. And then aggressively told me that I asked for too many words.

Looking for flavor? Came to the wrong spot

Originally came for Marble Slab, but since they're in the same location, also ordered some cookies. We had a large party, so workers were working both areas. Ordered some of the stuffed cookies. They were good and not overly sweet. There were good options from standard cookies, stuffed cookies, and celebration cookies. Good cookies and service.

I can't thank you enough for this amazing cookie cake. I described what I wanted over the phone and I am so impressed. Thank you so much!
