Great American Cookies

Nasty store ran by a bunch of incompetents. They use to chase people out for not wearing masks even after the mandate was lifted. Yuck. They need to close down.

Store hours on google are wrong... open sign at store is still on despite being closed and the worker sitting at the counter ignored me

Don’t recommend this location. I placed an online order for a birthday party. When I arrived at 5:30pm for pick up I had to wait another 30 minutes. They had not started on my order yet.

Today is March 29th at 7:30 pm. Walked in store waited in front of cookie glass about 10 minutes. None of the staff greeted me or acknowledged me. Called for assistance, only to get a side eye from the guy, and he went on his way. Walked out of store very disappointed in their hospitality.

This location has been open for quite some time usually fast service. They have doubled their prices on cookies, including cookie cakes if you order a cookie cake you almost pay $100. That is terrifying insane all other great American cookies inside the mall have kept their prices the same, just a heads up

We placed an order for a cookie cake...paid...then told the cookie cake could not be made...they ran out of ingredients... the order was canceled by the employee...it's been almost a week..still no refund.. I called the store..no manager on site till Monday...today is Thursday..wow..I asked for the owner Ali... Ali is not reachable...unbelievable... these poor employees are working blind with no support.. and the customer is not important enough to handle this matter... I will never buy from this store again.. and hope to get my refund soon!! Abs a call back would be the right thing to do Great American cookie

Everything tastes great here just dont order a bday cake n ull be fine.

This place is always out of cookies. I’m starting to feel like maybe the management there is not doing their job properly. Every time we go for cookies for the past 3 months they are always out. Then the staff told us they only make cookies on the weekends. We go on the weekend and they say they are out still. The employees don’t even wear uniforms anymore. They just don’t have the service they used to have years ago. Very disappointing location.

At this point shut the doors already, never have cookies and it's been this way for at least 6 months. The items they put in the ice cream taste old. I understand that this location is franchised but if your vendors are not supply you with product you should have been looking into getting new or different vendors a long time ago!

We have gone here twice at two different times and there are never cookies.

They need to close this location down already. Every time we stop by they never have any cookies and always tell us that they are out of dough. What kind of business can't keep up with supplies and continue to keep the doors open? We won't be shopping here anymore.

The manager was rude...or I think he was the manager. The young man working was very nice.
