This place is always out of cookies. I’m starting to feel like maybe the management there is not doing their job properly. Every time we go for cookies for the past 3 months they are always out. Then the staff told us they only make cookies on the weekends. We go on the weekend and they say they are out still. The employees don’t even wear uniforms anymore. They just don’t have the service they used to have years ago. Very disappointing location.

So this is supposed to be a Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookie - but . . . well, they haven't had cookies for at least 5 months despite all of the signs, displays, etc. inside.So they have two employees - never more. Our recent visit (in hopes of improvement) was another disaster. It took 20 minutes to get 2 shakes and 3 scoops - with nobody else in the store. They were out of whipped cream (again) and apparently there is a nut shortage (according to their sign) that the rest of the world isn't experiencing.Bottom line - we gave them a third and final chance and there's been no improvement and no positive change. I'm not sure how they stay in business honestly, which is sad.

At this point shut the doors already, never have cookies and it's been this way for at least 6 months. The items they put in the ice cream taste old. I understand that this location is franchised but if your vendors are not supply you with product you should have been looking into getting new or different vendors a long time ago!

They need to close this location down already. Every time we stop by they never have any cookies and always tell us that they are out of dough. What kind of business can't keep up with supplies and continue to keep the doors open? We won't be shopping here anymore.

I ordered a cookie cake online from this store. Not 10 minutes after I placed the order they called me and said they were out of cookie dough and could not make it and they would cancel my order. Well they never did and when I called back the next day, they were aware of it and just told me they have no idea how I am going to get my refund that they don't have access to give me a refund. Mind you I never got the cake and $73.60 later I am still out of pocket for something I never received. I asked to talk to a manager and they said sorry they are never here. I asked for a general manager and said oh I have no idea who that would even be. I said well I need my refund. He said I know but it could be months before you get it cause they don't know how to access the account that we use online? So you mean to tell me you can take my money but not know how to refund something you canceled because you were out of cookie dough!!!

After deciding to indulge myself in one of my favorite cookie vendors, walking in off the bat I found there to be a limited variety to choose from, I find the chocolate chip, which look wry and rigid at first glance. After asking the young worker about the freshness of this batch, something I should not have to do walking into an establishment based around baked goods, they let me know that these cookies were "Just made." As soon as I got the cookies in my hand I noticed just how hard and dry they really were, but the transaction was already processed.

visited today, one, the hours on the door 12pm-10pm does not reflect the hours here online, 10am-8pm, which one is accurate? two, out of the entire cabinet, there were only 7 trays of cookies out, when i asked if they had m&m i was told by the gentleman up front “unfortunately we are out of (long list of items) but HOPEFULLY we’ll get some next week, you can call ahead of time before driving all the way here i’m sorry”one, its not his fault but, why should anybody have to call a cookie business beforehand to verify they have the most BASIC cookies in stock (m&m / chocolate chip). very disappointed.
Horrible very rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend and I ordered a 16”cookie cake from here David Navarro told my boyfriend it would be ready in a few hour. We were going to surprise the kids so we stop to get it after we got them from school but unfortunately plans had changed for us when they took it upon themselves to cancel the order. we never received a call or anything. They didn’t even suggest any options of replacement then said they would refund but it would take up to 2-3 day so we are with out the cookie cake no solution and out $53. We ask for corporate number and the employee acted as if he didn’t know and couldn’t find it. Then he was like you can give them my name with sarcasm like it didn’t bother him. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Today is February 21,2023 and I have sent 2 emails with no response this is the worst customer service I have experienced I’m sure the response is automatic or they would know I sent my email already twice

I like it, love the red velvet option they have. They're USUALLY nice, but the past few times some of them have been kind of rude, unfortunately. Probably the closest thing to my house tho so I'll keep coming back

Extremely dissatisfied - I ordered the large rectangle cookie cake for my son's 16th birthday. The order was called in and paid (the day before) for a pickup at 4PM the following day. I arrived at 5:15PM the day of the party to be told that the cookie cake had not been made. This was after they offered 3 other cookie cakes that were not mine. The employee came back and found a receipt, telling me there was no date on the order, just a time. I explained that I called in the order and if there was no date on the order, that was not my fault. At that time, I was told that they could probably have it ready within 1 hour and 45 minutes. My son's party started at 6 and located across town. I was then asked if I wanted a refund. As they proceeded to refund me the amount I had paid, there was never a word said to me to apologize for their lack of having the cookie cake that had already been paid for. I calmly stated, that I was relying on this cookie cake for a birthday party and it was kind of a big deal to not make it or make effort to confirm the date (being they had my contact info). There was no response while the 2 employees were trying to figure out how to process the refund. Once they told me it had been credited back, the man stated "apologies for that". This left me to run around looking for a small grocery store cake while the party was going on.
