Typical fast food but at a competitive price. I'd say the burger is a step above Whataburger. The chocolate shake was alright but left an aftertaste in the mouth. The area the restaurant is located in is a bit sketchy.

Griffs has been around for years definitely a family favorite place an prices are great in my opinion. Even with the small burgers at thier price id rather come here instead of grabbing some McDonald's.
I placed my order and the lady taking it made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. When I asked for a fork, she threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me. The customer service was terrible today. I didn’t even wanna ask for a refill that’s how Unpleasant my experience was I come here often and have never had any issues, but this experience with her really made me not want to return 11/26/25 2:00 pm

What can I say — it’s the OG Griff’s. I’ve been coming here for years, from the original setup to the new remodel. The customer service could definitely be a bit more friendly and welcoming, but the food was served fresh. I did notice they’re giving fewer fries than before, though my burger was hot and the fries were nice and crispy. I also miss the ketchup pump instead of packets. The remodel looks great and gives the place a fresh feel.
