Griffs has been around for years definitely a family favorite place an prices are great in my opinion. Even with the small burgers at thier price id rather come here instead of grabbing some McDonald's.
What can I say — it’s the OG Griff’s. I’ve been coming here for years, from the original setup to the new remodel. The customer service could definitely be a bit more friendly and welcoming, but the food was served fresh. I did notice they’re giving fewer fries than before, though my burger was hot and the fries were nice and crispy. I also miss the ketchup pump instead of packets. The remodel looks great and gives the place a fresh feel.
The food is great,best in Southey,service could be some better,not exactly welcoming,and the floor on the way to the bathroom is slippery. corrective action on customer service and dining room maintenance will easily get this place 5 stars all the way on everything
