Great pizzas

Honestly, I love Grimaldis. I usually get it every year for my birthday, and this year was no exception and was looking forward to picking it up. However, when I got there it was a little before 4pm and was told they shut their ovens off between 2-4:15. And that's it'll be another 30-40 minutes before my pizza was ready..and I already drove 30 minutes to get there, and ordered an hour prior. I wasn't going to wait that long. The ladies up front were also very dismissive and rude.

I get that they have to do maintenance on their ovens, but there should've been some kind of notice or something on their website letting people know, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time driving 30 minutes one way to come pick up this pizza or at least come later. I asked to cancel my order and the lady had told me sure, if I dont see a refund to call them back in a couple days. I asked to speak with the manager who canceled it right there in front of me.

I was not impressed with their customer service. Next time I'll probably order from the other Grimaldi's near the draft house as they seemed a lot more polite.

Had a reservation for 6:30 for a party of 9. Only issue was they ran out of ranch. Not sure how that is possible so wife couldn't get ranch on her salad or dip her pizza in it. Somewhat of an issue is they messed me and my wife's pizza up. We ordered a double pepperoni with mushrooms on one side. Well pizza has mushrooms on the entire thing. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a double pepperoni.

Called in an order to go. They gave me an expected time for arrival. Upon arrival I paid for my order and they told me they’ll check on my order. Came back and told me order not quite ready yet. Needless to say I waited an extra 20 minutes to receive my order. Next time even though they give me an expected wait time I’ll know they need more time as they are incompetent to give an almost accurate wait time for orders.

Fantastic sit down pizza experience!

We had a pleasant experience, the pizza is excellent. The staff are also on their game.

I ordered a pizza for pick up. I got there a few minutes before they said it would be ready. I stepped aside and waited an additional 10 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. Pizzas kept coming out of the kitchen and they were putting them in a warmer. Pizzas stopped coming out for a good 5 mins and the 3 hostesses that were just playing on their phones asked me again what my name was. My pizza had already come out and was sitting there.

The server was very rude and she got mad at us for getting explanation on why there were less veggies on the pizza. The server also dropped our pizza and served the same pizza. Don't recommend this place.

The pizza tastes great and it's a cool restaurant but just be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for your food to come out after you order. We've been here a few times and it's always a long wait for food.
