I had a reservation and was seated immediately to a table that was still dirty, and with a plate that had some drops of juice/liquid on it; so we moved tables. Next it took maybe 20mins just to get our drinks, and my girlfriend was brought the wrong drink. It took about 50min for us to finally receive our food, and until the end of the meal we were never offered a refill on drinks.

We go here for our anniversary every year. The pizza is delicious and the salads are huge, prices are a little high but worth it for the quality and quantity. Always busy so make reservations and parking is a bit of a struggle at peak time. Over all 9 out of 10.

This is a 2 part review I love everything about this restaurant except for their stupid policy of stoking the oven in the middle of day. We went for lunch one day at 2pm and we were told the oven was being cleaned and we could grab a table and wait. We asked how long was the wait. They said 2 hours. I’m not sitting at any restaurant for 2 hours waiting to order my dinner. So plan accordingly. The scores below are for our next visit when we went for dinner.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience at Grimaldi's by the Quarry was absolutely disgusting. While enjoying what we hoped would be a delightful meal, a ROACH flew onto our table and landed on my hand! Can you imagine? I flicked it off in a panic, and to make matters worse, the table next to us had to step on it before it crawled onto someone else’s food.
We immediately notified the manager, expecting at least a sincere apology or a proper resolution. Instead, he had the audacity to offer us a measly 15% discount on our bill. Are you kidding me? A discount doesn’t even come close to compensating for the horror of having a cockroach invade our dining experience! Not only did we not get a comp on our pizza, but the lack of concern from management was appalling.
I have to give a shoutout to our server, who was great and very apologetic about the situation, but unfortunately, her efforts didn’t make up for the overall experience. We paid our tab, left in disgust, and I can assure you, we will NOT be returning. If you're thinking of dining here, I suggest you think twice. Cleanliness and customer service should be a priority, and clearly, Grimaldi's has a long way to go in both areas.

Great pizzas
Honestly, I love Grimaldis. I usually get it every year for my birthday, and this year was no exception and was looking forward to picking it up. However, when I got there it was a little before 4pm and was told they shut their ovens off between 2-4:15. And that's it'll be another 30-40 minutes before my pizza was ready..and I already drove 30 minutes to get there, and ordered an hour prior. I wasn't going to wait that long. The ladies up front were also very dismissive and rude.
I get that they have to do maintenance on their ovens, but there should've been some kind of notice or something on their website letting people know, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time driving 30 minutes one way to come pick up this pizza or at least come later. I asked to cancel my order and the lady had told me sure, if I dont see a refund to call them back in a couple days. I asked to speak with the manager who canceled it right there in front of me.
I was not impressed with their customer service. Next time I'll probably order from the other Grimaldi's near the draft house as they seemed a lot more polite.
The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful
