We go here for our anniversary every year. The pizza is delicious and the salads are huge, prices are a little high but worth it for the quality and quantity. Always busy so make reservations and parking is a bit of a struggle at peak time. Over all 9 out of 10.

This is a 2 part review I love everything about this restaurant except for their stupid policy of stoking the oven in the middle of day. We went for lunch one day at 2pm and we were told the oven was being cleaned and we could grab a table and wait. We asked how long was the wait. They said 2 hours. I’m not sitting at any restaurant for 2 hours waiting to order my dinner. So plan accordingly. The scores below are for our next visit when we went for dinner.

Honestly, I love Grimaldis. I usually get it every year for my birthday, and this year was no exception and was looking forward to picking it up. However, when I got there it was a little before 4pm and was told they shut their ovens off between 2-4:15. And that's it'll be another 30-40 minutes before my pizza was ready..and I already drove 30 minutes to get there, and ordered an hour prior. I wasn't going to wait that long. The ladies up front were also very dismissive...
