Made the mistake of choosing La Cantera location yesterday Tuesday around 1pm. Place was not busy but had to wait about 30min to get a table in middle isle since the better half of the space was closed. Wait staff looked unkept and sweaty which made it worse to see them carrying clean plates tightly against their chest-gross! Pizzas were so bad, with hardly any cheese on them and frankly way overpriced.
Wow. This went from a “go to place”. To total customer service failure. We tried to order on line. After 24 attempts to call and see if our order was ready. We got hung up on when we finally got thru. When we arrive the staff said the only phone that works is in the back. Nobody at the front desk. I arrived and called the number and the front desk phone worked fine. I answered my own phone call at the front desk. This is definitely not a “go to” anymore. Really sad....read full review
Twice now I have visited this restaurant at la can tera. Both time we were turned away because they are cleaning the ovens. Rediculous, do it after hours when people are trying to eat.
