Pizza was better then I expected and service was great only thing is the ceiling fans make the pizza cold fast so I asked them to put it in the warmer other than that I recommend Mondays they have special on 16 inch pizzas

The food was good and it’s super cute inside but it took over an hour to get one pepperoni pizza? Our waitress was very sweet and checked up on us multiple times but the wait was not worth it for some pizza. Also it was expensive.

Grimaldi's is definitely starting to trend downwards. The pizza this visit was at least fresh (the last time it was luke warm even when delivered to the table), but the pepperoni is very obviously lower quality. It's thinner and the overall amount is skimpier than before. They're also often out of desserts - no NY cheesecake, for example. Only the seasonal specials (which are often way too sugary).

The La Cantera location is also often pretty dirty with tons of dust all over the walls, ceiling, and the random decor. Sometimes when the AC kicks on, you can see little floaty dust puffs around the in the air. They're also often only partially staffed, probably due to the lower number of customers. You sometimes only see two waiters working the entire floor during lunch. Don't expect your drinks to get filled often if it's busy.

Yesterday was the second time, within a month that the food quality/service was lower than mediocre. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and when are pizzas arrived at our table, it arrived at room temperature. When we bit into the pizza, it was cold. It was as if it had been sitting out for a long time before it was brought to us.

This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. We come to the restaurant with only 2 tables and they are not receiving customers because there are no waiters. Friday at 4:00 pm the restaurant is empty and there is no service. I can't believe it.

No one is answering the phone, the pizza was cold and they forgot the ranch. $27 for a box of pizza and 1 ranch cup, when I could have gotta 3 and a drink at dominos for the price!

This was my first time ordering from here. They said the pizza was ordered at 4:54pm and the email said pick up was 5:54pm, if it was done sooner they should have called or at least left the pizza in a damn food warmer.

We heated the pizza up in the oven, yes the pizza was good but like wtf.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. We waited almost 15 minutes at the hostess stand to even be recognized. There were at least four empty and dirty tables, but we had to wait another 15 minutes to be seated. After another almost 15 minutes at the table, the server got to us things got a little bit better. But the whole experience was influenced by the floor staff being busy, and not very pleasant about it. There were no smiles to speak of and constant dirty tables surrounding us as people would leave. The Mediterranean salad was very good, but the Margarita pizza was a little dry . As the whole restaurant seem to be struggling to keep up, there was not a manager in sight for the hour and a half we were in the restaurant until the very end. It felt like the staff just needed some guidance and direction. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

We went on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was not crowded. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and paid extra for green pepper and black olives. There was very little pepperoni on the pizza and there might have been 10 small slivers of green peppers and about 10 black olives. The crust was paper thin tasteless, and burned. The cheese and sauce tasted good. We waited more than 30 minutes for the pizza. I wouldn't have given it 3 stars for service except we accidentally pushed the pizza off the elevated stand onto the floor and they replaced it.
The server was attentive. Needless to say it is highly unlikely that we will return.

They mute the phone in order to limit workload, the food when I can call for carry out is awesome but not the shady hostess.

Dropped by for a small birthday dinner, and I was not disappointed. First off, the atmosphere of the restaurant was good. There was plenty of room, and it didn't feel like they crammed as many tables as possible into the dining area. The waitress that was taking care of us (four adults and I think 8 kids, at 2 tables) was very patient, cool as a cucumber, and was, in every way, awesome. The food was good (admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of oven-fired pizza). We had the Don and the Buffalo Chicken, and they were both delicious. I could see us coming back again in the future.

Gramaldi's is our favorite dine in pizzeria. The food is always on point, no matter which location. The service is always good too.
