Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Had never been, glad we finally tried it. Service was excellent, the pizza was perfect-cheesy and crispy, salads were extremely fresh.

We ordered a traditional pizza and tiramisu via Doordash. Half of the pizza was burnt with huge bubbles. They checked pizzas ar the restaurant before they serve them. Not sure how our order passed to go out when it was burnt.

The pizzas were so delicious, we ordered the Brooklyn Bridge pizza! ! One of the best I've had in a long time!!! Our server was very good, got it right! Atmosphere was loud though! But dessert was really good! We got the trio of cheesecake, cannoli & tiramisu!!

I’ve came here several times, and the WAITERS always seem to be at their best. I can’t say the same about the waitresses. Always in a corner gossiping and giggling, I’m assuming their friends will come in and it’ll just be one big gathering. This has happened every time I’ve came here. Work is not a place for a “Hang out” and it’s very unprofessional. Especially when I’m watching tables that haven’t been catered to.
Patrick though, has always been incredible.
Always has a smile on his face, and stays on his feet. It saddens me to have watched him being pulled in a thousand directions while these teenage girls aren’t doing their job and assisting him. He was taking phone calls, had at least 4 tables was doing all the delivery runs, and working the
Bar (YES THAT MUCH) while these girls did their job MAYBE every once in a while. Needs a better dynamic. (My pizza was also burnt but it happens often)

This Grimaldis is ran by kids who dont care. Put me on hold as soon as they answered didn't even bother to say there going to put me on hold. Girl who answered was playing with someone in the background while taking my order and not paying attention. Pizza was supposed to be a 20-25min wait , I waited for 45mins. I also had to ask the boy in the front. Not once did anyone ask what I was waiting for. Supervisor do better.

The service was excellent for lunch. The 12 inch pizza was very good. The single pizza slices were heated up and mediocre.

Grimaldi’s has everything, brick stone pizzas, great service and atmosphere, and to top it all off there’s a wild man tossing dough around while the pizzas cook! They even gave me a piece of cheesecake even though I was already telling them what a great time we were having. I’ll definitely return the next time I want to spend money on pizza without being disappointed.

My husband and I dined in this evening for our first child free date night in a while. Although the wait was a bit long and expected for a Friday night- our experience was wonderful. We were blessed to cross paths with Julian. Julian is a one of kind server and overall an awesome human being. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and have an infectious positive attitude. Julian went above and beyond to make sure our experience was no less than 10 stars. From the wonderful conversation, constant check ins and efficient service- I wish there were 1000 Julian’s serving in restaurants in the city. He is truly a wonderful asset to this location and we hope management does take the time to thank him for the experience he provides.

Have been a loyal Grimaldi’s customer for years. Unfortunately that’s coming to an end. You barely get any toppings nowadays. Too expensive for what you get.

We love Grimaldi's! It's always a great time and delicious pizza. We get it to go and dine in pretty regularly. Our favorites are the Don and the pepperoni with hot honey! Julian has been our server our last 2 visits- once for our son's birthday and once when we had an out of state visitor. Both times, Julian has gone above and beyond to make sure we have a memorable time! He is very knowledgeable about the menu, allergens, and has a contagious positive attitude!

Always have a good time at Grimaldi's but Julian makes the visits special. We've had him as a server twice and he always takes service to the top tier. Highly recommend you request him!
