The guy running this place today is extremely creepy and unprofessional, he literally is setting in a chair doing nothing but watching the 2 yoing girls do all the work, I'm sure he makes them uncomfortable.

Poor customer service from these 2 women- we were there 9nov2025 between the hours of 12 and 2 pm we left the kiosk and walked over the Jamba Juice for better customer service

I usually buy ice cream from this franchise in other malls, but this was my first time purchasing at this particular location. Be cautious when being charged by the manager (a dark-skinned man with a Puerto Rican accent). I noticed he was charging Mexican customers $4 to $5 more than the prices listed on the sign.
When I confronted him, he became defensive and gave inconsistent explanations. He claimed I received an extra $2 worth of ice cream per cup, which made no sense, especially since I ordered smalls and was clearly given mini sizes. It felt dishonest and manipulative.
Other Latino customers seemed to notice the same issue and were also visibly upset. I sincerely hope the owner looks into this behavior. It's unfair and unacceptable, and I do not recommend this location based on my experience.

I’ve witnessed multiple health code violations committed by the manager here, this place has flies and roaches crawling on the counters, and the manager likes to make fun of his employees who aren’t bilingual. I heard him tell a customer an employee’s last name and said “They have a spanish last name but they won’t speak spanish. Isn’t that crazy?” Give your money to a more deserving business.

They have a lot of posters with specialty ice cream, but they never have the ingredients! They don’t offer substitutions. Seems like they are happy when they can’t make something so they work less.
Bought 2 small ice cream cups and 2 waffle ice cream cones, came out to 30 bucks. Better going to the Chick-fil-A and getting ice cream there. Nuts!
