They have a lot of posters with specialty ice cream, but they never have the ingredients! They don’t offer substitutions. Seems like they are happy when they can’t make something so they work less.

Better go to another place, the taste is good per brand. But fridges doesn't work good that ice cream is melted in 2 mins after you got it. We ordered also a banana split and not even close to the picture, small portions, bad mixed, the presentation a mess. Employees needs to learn customer service. Without a doubt one of the worse Haagen Dazs locations you can go. Better trust me go upstairs for a Chick fill A ice cream ?
The ice creams are very delicious, all the flavors and I normally buy here during the week, the girl who serves during the week is very friendly and has good service, but the guys who work on the weekend give super small portions, I ordered a three-scoop cup and I only brought two, I know what the portions are because I shop here often. Besides, you could distinguish the flavors of the ice cream.
