This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at H-E-B. For most of my special events I’ve always gotten my cakes, cupcakes, and cookies from HEB, but this time completely changed my view.
My friend and I were cake shopping and 100% set on ordering from H-E-B until we interacted with one of the bakery staff (white elderly lady with glasses). While we were looking through the cake design book, an older woman from the bakery yelled out “Can I help you?” We politely said, “Not right now.” But when we were ready for help, she completely ignored us and kept unloading croissants.
When my friend tried asking her a question, she yelled “I can’t hear you” but didn’t bother to come closer she just stayed where she was and continued working, making no effort to actually help us, I guess those croissants were very important. LOL
I’ve never had such a poor interaction at H-E-B before, and it really surprised me. Customer service matters, especially in the bakery where people go for important events and celebrations.

Shopping for foods and drinks. Buy other desserts as well.
Quick efficient service.
they go through staff quicker than what they stock on the shelves too many homeless inside and within 2,000 feet of the parking lot and doors!! way too many homeless!! COVID inflation on a lot of simple things, it's to the point simple folk have to now choose between rent, food, or medicine, because they can't afford to live in nursing home! They can't afford all three! They sell this HEB Creamy Peanut Butter it sucks A**, it is so thick, if it sits too long on the store shelf, it thickens up, if you try and spread it, it rips up the bread, and need a gallon of milk just to wash it down! too bad I can't add a photo of the jar!

We ordered a wedding cake and cupcakes through HEB at 410/Bandera and it was absolutely perfect. Our guests couldn't believe that the desserts came from our grocery store, they thought they were from an expensive bakery. We will always use HEB bakeries for our dessert needs.
Beautiful, clean, big.

Great place to shop and great customer service
Love HEB Marketplace curbside! My only issue is that it always happens that when it heavy stuff like the dog food cans, the bag tears. I just got home and of course ordered dog can food at curbside and husband got the bags and it tore and almost fell on his foot. It's not the small cans but the big cans from Hill Country Fare. Can the workers please double bag the heavy stuff!! They wouldn't do that if it was their family. SO PLEASE DOUBLE BAG THE HEAVY STUFF FOR CURBSIDE OR EVEN INSIDETHE STORE!!!!!!!
My daughter Alicia and I love the specialty HEB cake I ordered for her yesterday. We will be ordering more HEB cakes soon.
Amazing as always!!!! Very clean and organized each and every time we go!
Great facility. I only wish I could buy more than $60 worth of groceries. Been out of work since August and nobody wants to hire a 2 time Veteran.
