I've been shopping at HEB for over 47 years and never had a problem until today I was just going to get 9 copies made and the young lady employee Sophie made them as she was handing them to me some employee black racial profiling lady came up and snatch them from her her name melvina some s**** Said she doesn't know what I'm doing with the copies and she's gonna shed them. I asked that unprofessional non-curtious mean Mel something what was the problem she couldn't answer. I also asked her to let me see her shred them she went in another room. She is wrong. I will never go back there again. Will shop at Walmart from here on.

I love this H‑E‑B. It's small but very convenient. When I am in a rush or just needing necessities this is my "go to store." The employees are always kind and the managers go above and beyond to provide good service. It is always clean, it has a genuine community feel to it. While it obviously does not have all the same selection as larger stores, it never fails to have what I need. I'm so happy that this H-E-B is in my neighborhood!

Bakery has many nice options and cakes are really good. Tiramisu is tasty, chocolate cake with chocolate pieces is good for birthdays, and tres leches is there for when you are craving it. They are able to write messages on the cake for you too!

In the era of bloated megastores, I appreciate H-E-B serving our neighborhood with this (relatively) small market. The aisles are well-stocked and the staff are friendly. I wouldn't shop for groceries anywhere else!
Ill change my rating when heb requires masks again. People that come in without masks also do not keep their distance. They think they can go back to how things were just because they arent wearing a mask. So HEB, when you start caring about your employees and clients health, I’ll be back. For now I will shop at wholefoods where people wear masks.

Stop by on the way home after the NBA finals game at about 11 o'clock,To pick up a few things,Went to go pick up a greeting card, unfortunately I guess the overnight stockers just dropped a whole bunch of overloaded pallets So where we couldn't do any shopping.Apparently the H-E-B is priorities is more important to have the stockers block the aisles, not to have people shop for product.Bad business ,amateurs, And just definitely lack of intelligence management.The store manager is needs to either get back in Tune in business or be replacedOtherwise people can only take so much and move on to other options like that fiesta, and Michiocana and so oNUpdate 12/17Went by late night around 11 to pick up some snacks.Try to go to the soft drinks and ice cream miles but as you can see from the picture again the isles are blocked by these stockers who have no consideration for shoppers.Sad that the problem continues at this H-E-B.Obviously customers do not seem to be a priority
