Pharmacy In this place sucks so much . Been waiting for 8 hours for some meds that were supposed to be ready in a hour , in tons of pain but that's not the pharmacy's problem I guess . Wouldn't drop off any prescriptions here unless you wanna wait weeks for it .

This is the most disgusting HEB I've ever been to in my life. Perfect for the west side. Does nobody care about anything over here? The bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The toilets seats looked like they have duct tape residue stuck on them. Old gum on the floor that had a dirty mop ran over it a few times. As you walk into the store there's a sign that says "excuse our dust". Wtf is this even an HEB? You'll come for tortillas but leave with herpes.

saved a fortune with H.E.B. usually go to Walmart because its closer. I will no longer go to Walmart for groceries!!!

The Managers, Clinton and Becca, helped me out with an issue I had with a purchase I made a couple of weeks ago. They was super friendly and very understanding. They really didn't have to help me, but they did. This HEB is super close to my work. I usually shop at the one in Alamo Heights, but this one is really convenient for stops during and after work. The area is a little sketchy, but the staff and security are always present and attentive. Great management and great employees!
this is a terrible HEB, waited in line 15 minutes then cashier closes her register. a manager came back to the same aisle and took over but didnt see me waiting i guess and asked me to go back to the line, i try to explain that ive been here even other customers were telling her i didnt cut in line and she says im being argumentative and that they wouldnt serve me. so i waste 20 minutes + of my day for nothing just because some rude employee was having a bad day. terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service
