Omg, I ordered cupcakes and went to the bakery to pick up and lights were out. This at the location off FM78. The manager assisted me and could not locate them, I went with a cake and when I went up to the front the cashier dropped. Not sure if the universe was telling to not purchase cake or give me the one I ended up with. Service is usually good not sure if it was due to the 4th if July holiday.

We purchased baby back ribs on 6/14/22 …went straight home,which is about 2 miles.Put in the freezer.Today,opening up for Fathers Day,the smell was horrible.Both packages were rotten.They we’re defrosted in the refrigerator.We made the trip especially for the ribs and nothing else,so we could make sure they were kept cold.If I had my receipt,I would have brought them right back to you! Horrible smell and big disappointment.Not too mention,spending $36.00 on spoiled meat.

They sell gardein products here which is awesome. Sadly no tofu, no tempeh or dairy substitutes that I could find for vegans.

It's not the worst HEB. IMHO you need to step it up because there is now 2 Walmart in the area. Best thing you got going is meat and produce but if I see another set of rotten potatoes I am out.

Everything here is so disorganized. Don't have a lot of common items. Better off going to the location on Walzem and Montgomery. Have better selection and there's sense of the way the store is laid.
