Love the food...but not able to enjoy the dining experience when your employees are not wearing a beard net and have long hair. I couldn't do it. I will return and hope your hygienic standards will improve

Wow! Having been to Japan this place has a special place in my heart. They have a fine selection of products. I buy food, cooking items, sweets, teas, spices, toys, gifts, etc... And the restaurant next store serves a delicious meal and is very convenient when I shop in the area. The staff? wonderful!

Definitely overpriced for what was a small waffle and a lot of ice with less than 8 fl oz of matcha. Cute vibes if money isn't an issue though, and you just want a light snack.

We have been coming here since we moved to San Antonio and we love the food. We have even came in a little late and they still served us food until today. Two boys were working and told us they stop serving food at 7:40 which is odd because we have never been told that. The women there are always happy to serve us. So it was strange that they did that even when we there a little before 7:40 pm.
we came down from dfw to visit family and stopped by before we left town. we tried a soft serve with peach toooed with a takoyaki, it was so creamy and the pastry was very sweet and the texture was perfect !! i love the variety on the menu, will definitely be back to try more !!

To celebrate the new school year, I wanted to take my son to get booba tea and this place did not disappoint me. The lady at the register was super nice and friendly while explaining the menu. This place took me back to coffee place Ivisited in kyoto. My matcha latte was amazing 👏 🤩 おいしい

Waffle fish full of goodies. Yup! And my girl went with me too. And she even laughed and let me play with them, a little bit. It was awesome! They are really good. Great drinks. When you go there, get a meal with it. All of its great. Thank you. You all made my night! I love the fishes cuz they're so delicious.

The taiyaki was delicious but the price vs the service makes it not worth it. We walked in with 3 tables sat, someone behind the counter on their phone, and me looking awkwardly to see if anyone was available to order. When the gal did come up she seemed distracted with looking busy behind the counter. Confused I stepped a little closer hoping to make it obvious that we were ready. The dining area was disheveled and the table tops weren’t clean. There was a decent sized cavern in the ice cream after I took the first bite which was disappointing. I paid $1 extra for red bean in my “it’s peachy” sundae cone and it wasn’t in there. Again, fantastic flavor, not worth the irritation of the lackluster atmosphere/service.
