I loved going to Handel's. I really enjoy the ice cream and you get a lot. So I didn't understand the 4.6 start until tonight. They were really busy so I understood the long line. But my ice cream cone and my pint of ice cream were lacking. Instead of the small adult cone I ask for I got a kids cone and my pint of ice cream was not completely full (so not a pint of ice cream). I tried to ask the staff about my cone size (not knowing my pint was not completely full)...
Tasty ice cream and great selection of flavors. The service alone would give it 0 stars. They don't know how to put ice cream on a cone, it always falls off. It was falling as it was being handed to me and it wasn't until I stayed looking at the girl that she asked if I wanted a cup. She proceeded to dump the cone upside down into the cup. Have not been back since. Shame because the ice cream is good.
I was craving ube ice cream and my man found this place. I was in aww and also a fatty eating a pint of it which I regretted later but not at that moment. The guy serving was just by himself and he did great.
