I used to be a regular up there until early summer- for at least 5 years, with the most recent leadership change, service except Tori & Ariel (they’re AMAZING) is seriously downhill. I went on Saturday night- weekends always used to be poppin, but with entertainment changes & bartender changes- it’s a dead, lifeless zone. I was leaning on finding an other bar, but after this past visit- the bar manager Rebecca literally ignored me & didn’t speak or address me, seemingly only those she knew. & I’ve spent a lot $$ in here over the years & have been loyal. But with at least 3 or 4 interactions with Rebecca - I find her rude, unprofessional & totally lacking skills to promote a business; Customer service, consistency, & staffing changes like Tori off of Saturday nights & the karaoke kj switch- my fav one won’t be there anymore etc. I will go elsewhere from now on. Seriously disappointed. Good luck to the owners if they notice business is down- perhaps look at this as the source.

Went in hoping for a good time, but the bartender (michael sy.)made that impossible. He was rude, acted like serving customers was beneath him, and kept stepping outside instead of doing his job. I had to wave him down just to be acknowledged — and even then, he walked away without helping. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

I've been here several times but these guys needs some props because their fried pickles are amazing and the wings are some contenders with any wing place out their in my opinion y'all got a stop buy wether your visiting or you live here the hanger pub is worth the stop and will not disappoint

This will be my last time coming to the Hangar as they changed their food menu. The Hangar has my favorite wings in San Antonio but they have restricted the wings one can order to only a 6 piece combo. Unfortunately you cannot order them ala carte either. I can't help but assume this is to hike up prices and get milk more money for less food (the combo has like 10 fries too). 3 stars because I love the wings but hate the restricted menu. I have no reason to come back.
