Fernando takes pride in his work, and you can taste the difference. The menu changes regularly so you always have variety, and everything tastes great. My favorites are the overnight oats, scrambled eggs with protein pancakes, and the ground turkey plate.

I've tried countless meal prep services over the years, and Harvest Meal Prep in San Antonio truly takes the crown. I've been using them for a few weeks now, and I’m absolutely loving it! As someone who usually meal preps on my own, finding the time has become a challenge 😒 but Harvest has been a total lifesaver. Eating healthy and staying on track is hard enough.
The meals are made with high-quality ingredients and have that comforting, home-cooked feel. You won’t find any of those unnecessary preservatives here like you would in Fact0r or Fl3xpro meals (which also tastes 🤢). Everything is freshly prepared each week and delivered straight to your door every Sunday, which is incredibly convenient (or you can pick it up yourself if your into that).
What I also really love is their rotating menu. They switch things up every couple of weeks, so there’s always something new and delicious to look forward to. I’m genuinely excited to see what’s coming next!
