Avoid Harvest Meal Prep at all costs! They claim to offer healthy, high-quality meals, but the truth is they use highly processed foods that they buy in bulk from HEB and Costco, including their pastas, bread, cheeses, and more. I spoke to the chef/owner, and it became obvious they don’t even know what they’re serving. When I asked about the rice, the chef/owner had to go check in the storage area—he came back and told me it was jasmine rice, but how does a chef not know that offhand? Then, when I asked what kind of potatoes they use, he said, "Honestly, man, whatever is on sale and available." It’s shocking that they’re cutting corners with such cheap ingredients and still charging premium prices.
Before you order, I highly recommend picking up your food from their ghost kitchen. You’ll see the poor hygiene and all the processed ingredients from Costco and HEB—definitely not the fresh, nutritious meals they advertise. My broccoli was completely raw and uncooked, and while the portions are large, it's mostly rice. Their published macros are suspiciously inaccurate, too, especially the carbs, which were way higher than they claim.
Also, take a look at the reviews—there’s something really off. So many of the reviewers have only posted one or two reviews. It’s highly suspicious and makes me think these are fake reviews to inflate their ratings.
Most importantly, this place is NOT healthy. Don’t be fooled by their marketing. They’re misleading, unhygienic, and dishonest. If you care about your health, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

The owner/chef is so nice! I ordered the ranch chicken and the shrimp meal. Both were so flavorful and very filling. So good I forgot to take pictures before I started eating. Would def recommend!

Our experience with Harvest Meal Prep exceeded our expectations. The flavors, portions, macronutrient profiles, and customer service were all excellent.While prepping to move across the country, we wanted to order prepped meals to simply our hectic schedule. Placing an order from Harvest Meal Prep's user-friendly website was easy. On the day of our delivery, we received our meals at our doorstep from the the owner. He was beyond professional and incredibly kind!I can say, with confidence, that the quality of the food, the customer service, and the overall experience surpassed any meal prep company we've ever done business with.If we were not moving across the country, we would undoubtedly be ordering from Harvest Meal Prep again and again. Harvest Meal Prep is a great place to get your food and weight loss journey. Since July I went from 245-158. I would recommend anyone to get their food from there. Also, the one time I did I have a problem with my order , the owner was quick to reply. I would recommend anyone to Harvest Meal Prep for their delicious food to eat.

My wife and I have been using Harvest Cuisines for our meal preps since we got back into our workouts and busy lives. The variety of meals, taste, freshness and flavor all while maintaining a healthy balance has been AMAZING! We will continue to praise their work and share with our friends and family members. (Furthermore, our 12 year old daughter has been enjoying the meals as well with her active ballet schedule, school and workouts). Thank you guys :)
