Generally my favorite bar to take people to accept on weekend nights.
Usually they have live music playing but they've got the sound set up for a super busy larger bar and it makes it impossible to talk inside.

I had a great deal of fun the last time I went. Check out the cover band.

Good selection and good food, but the environment is in no way conducive to enjoying oneself. The bar is back light but the general lighting is dim, so it's almost impossible to read what is on the shelves. The music was very nice but it was at a volume that resulted in loud conversation. They did NOTHING to address a group of patrons speaking at virtually a yell and blocking the walking paths. They also served a 12 year single malt scotch on the rocks without confirming. The decorations were very themed and seasonal.

Good liquor selection and beautiful space, but geez was it poorly laid out and loud. They had a band playing, which wasn't bad, but it's all hard surfaces so even mild conversation reverberates. Oh, and the bottles are backlit so you can't read a thing ?

Fantastic food and drinks! Plus they always have an awesome lineup of musicians. Highly recommend checking out their Instagram to see what they have going on!

We went in on a Saturday night. It was maybe half full. We ordered drinks. They were okay, but should have been outstanding for the price.

Amazing hotel. Valet service was tremendous and Diego and Joseph were two wonderful gentleman to whom always had a great smile and welcoming attitude. The front staff s d valet all should be commended as they truly set the tone for the hotel.
What a great hotel! Lots of history, great rooms and a beautiful lobby. I was only staying for one night but I enjoyed my stay. I wish that the bars/restaurants were open during the afternoon but that might be a staffing issue. My room was well appointed and the bed was great! Huge foyer and huge bathroom. I will be returning to San Antonio for business and I will definitely return to the St. Anthony! I also went for a morning stroll to the Alamo…it was only about a five minute stroll.
My stay at the Drury was amazing everything was great. Our room was comfortable. Every single staff member I encountered here was very attentive and even the valet service guy James did a wonderful job assisting my family as we arrived. My children and wife enjoyed the breakfast. I will definitely be referring family and returning when in town to the Drury. It was a great location walking distance to many neat places in the heart of San Antonio. Thank you for the great experience and stay.
I liked the hotel because of the pool. The area around the hotel is just ok. The pool area was great and a nice touch for the hotel. The hotel was very quite. I did not park or use the gym at all. We had breakfast in the terrace restaurant as part of the benefit for Platium and above and it was very good. Overall nice hotel.
