After waiting an hour for them to open even though they were supposed to be open at 2, we didn’t get in till after 3, we ordered a bucket of domestic beer, imagine our shock when the bill was $46 for six CAN beers! Nope, not going back, and the food trucks don’t even open till after 5:30! Football starts at noon! Will not return.

We go out a lot, so Home Room was a huge disappointment and deserves 0 stars. We went Sunday afternoon to catch a game. Beer is pricey especially with the undisclosed upcharge. Home Room adds an additional 20% gratuity charge to every tab without disclosing up front which is illegal. Although they have draft lines none were working. 12oz can Miller Lite was $5 (no bottle, the same can that costs less than a $1 at HEB by the case.) The place had 3 bartenders and no more than 10 patrons, ALL the tables were sticky and dirty on a Sunday afternoon, the bartenders just looked bored or on their phones. We went outside and everything was covered in bird poop or pecan tree sap. Too many great places in San Antonio to ever return, spend your money elsewhere unless you like getting ripped off.

Nice place...but their margaritas suck...a waste of time and money... I asked the bartender about their margaritas and she said they didn't have margarita mix so they kind of improvised. Well, had she told us up front we would have ordered something else...So now we will not go there again.

A true hidden gem Wednesday night riding and heard the hip hop from the street immediately stopped in and wasn't disappointed. Drinks are great and VERY reasonably priced and dj was hyped!

It's obvious when you go to this place that the owners spent a ton of money they invested a lot and not only the real estate, but in creating a solid vibe that would resonate not just for tourist but for dog owners, as well as locals. What I've noticed after coming here a few times since it opened was that, it's not well managed. It actually never has been. When I first went here as a local that literally just lives up the street, I noticed that everybody seems scattered and I just attributed that to being new. But after coming here a few times, I've noticed that the staff is ill equipped, some of them did not know how to make simple, drink, recipes, The juice is sour. Actually, in all honesty, do not drink a single drink from this place because it's absolutely disgusting. I feel bad because I wanted there to be a cool bar on the east side that would be dog friendly and people could just go and enjoy, but this place is truly cringe. At night they try to turn the lights on like they are trying to create a vibe but there's nobody in there. Half of the bartenders are trained and half of them are just clueless running around. I will never return. The owners spent all of that money, and then never actually cared about the results. Shame on them. I suggest that everybody that works there leave and go work at a real bar.
Went for the puppy costume contest, had so much fun! Drinks where great as well and my baby had a great time! Definitely going back again!
