It's fast food and it was decent in my opinion. I think better than some of the bigger chains. Service is fairly slow but the order was fresh and hot. Burgers were slightly pink...but I like it that way. Parking lot seems small out front. We didn't drive around back, maybe there's more back there. Restroom wasn't disgusting...bonus

Possibly the best burger I've had in years. Breakfast burger was definitely the highlight of the meal. They earned back a star from how good it was. On the other hand, bacon-wrapped hot dog and chicken sandwich were mediocre at best. Onion rings were good, but nothing to write home about. Sweet potato fries were stiff and undercooked. Hometown is a classic burger joint. The burgers have that old school delicious taste and the music is just fabulous. The guys working there are very nice and they try their hardest to get all the orders out timely. It's only the two guys working so be patient because your food will be awesome. Any place that has good chili cheese tots has a customer like me for life, haha.
