I really want to give them a good review but i can't.It is really bab experience.I went to there about two days ago and i ordered one of grilled chicken sandwich another is Double classic .For the first one the girl she gave me a really moldy lettuce and Double classic burger only has one slice of beef. Right after i call the restaurant and the girl told me she will give me refund but i haven't see anything yet.Hopefully their manager can see this reviews and response me.

Great service and food! Everything was made fresh to order. This is our new favorite location. They also have curbside since they don't have a drive thur so that makes up. The inside was really clean As well! We had the big boy and our son loves the crispy nuggets. ? still need to try the homemade milkshakes. See y'all soon!

The large combo, which included the burger, taters or fries, and a drink for a reasonable price was excellent! I am in love with the taters, just the right amount of crispy-ness! The burger was very good too. I also had the strawberry sundae, which was very very good. In all, excellent for the meal and the price! Will be visiting again! This will be my stopping place for a great value of a meal. The downside, there is not a drive thru window, but they do have curbside. You may want to call for details. There are different locations around San Antonio.

For 8 dollars you should get more than a happy meal. I thought my adult burger was the toy that came with my tater tots. Waste of money . The bun and the veggies took up 100% more space then the patty. To top it off it was trash. Worst burger I ever had.

Finally went to try it out after passing it many times and I was really disappointed. Went during my lunch and it took about 45 mins to get our burger. The thing that really upset me was that the manager gets there and hands out coupons to apologize for the wait but completely ignores my coworkers and I. Possibly racist who knows anyways will not recommend. Stick too burger boy

Ordered my meal to go around 8pm left home at 8:35 they messed up 3 times and did not apologize for it. My onion rings were raw as well as my fries. My avocado was hard as rock.

I was salivating when I saw crinkle cut fries but unfortunately they were cold and way too salty. Although the burger was tasty ( or I was just super hungry) I wanted to laugh when I saw the lettuce. I guess they couldn’t take the time to chop it. There were 2 huge white pieces twice the size of the bun. I’m glad I only paid 5 bucks. I’ll probably not go back.

We have been to the location off 1604 in live oak a few times it seems the customer service is really lacking!! They are ALWAYS so rude! The service is slow no matter if there is nobody in line or not! The food quality is good however with lack of customer service this will not be a place I will recommend. Also with all of the complaints of the same issue “Poor Customer Service” it’s obvious management does not seem to care.
Horrible service. 5 minutes with no line to place my order, 20 minutes wait. Poor customer skill. NOT WORTH IT. WASTE OF TIME.

Been wanting to try this place for a while since I've seen them popping up. Must say, for what i paid, hands down the best burger joint in San Antonio. I can't wait to try their other items. I had the "Big Boy" burger combo with sweet potato fries and a Root beer. Awesome home style taste. The young man who served me was also professional and helpful. Stay tuned for more!

My first time at hometown burger. The service was nice. The problem begin when i got home and took out the food. The meat in the burger was really over cooked. Crispy not juicy. The bun as well was almost burnt. The only thing good was the hot dog , which was great. Unfortunately i haven't been back. It's 3 blocks away. Instead i go all the way to burger king which never disappoints. One star for service.
