Show up with 7 guest. The restaurant was not full only about 5 tables busy , we sat down and one of the girls tell us they had a 45 minute wait. That was ridiculous restaurant was empty. We went to eat no to look a the girls that work there. Restaurant look dirty and flys on the tables . I will never go back to this location .

I am old-school long-term Hooters fan. Normally the food is excellent very clean, friendly atmosphere. I was so surprised when I went to the riverwalk and the restaurant just looks nasty. The bathroom was leaking everywhere. Huge puddles right by the kitchen. The waitress was busy talking to friends instead of getting our order when she did come she had an extremely nasty attitude and snatch from my wife. The food was horrible the only bright sideis that the manager tried his best to make up

It was bad. Basically when going here, ask waitress what they actually have available. Good portion of their menu and beer, we were not able to order, arguing in front of guests, rude wait staff. Never been a big fan of Hooters to begin with. But thought, hey...it's downtown at rivercenter, might be good. I was wrong. Just go to Twin Peaks. You'll be happier.

We come here regularly but today had to be the worst of them all.We dined in at the bar around 1:30 pm, 4 May 2024, we were served by the same bartender female with black hair. Past experiences with her had the same experience with her unwanted attitude.We specifically ordered wings as we like them and received not what we ordered.With an attitude she made a remark that she didn’t hear it. Instead of writing it down she took our order using the computer and of course she couldn’t hear our order because the music was so loud.So MANAGER fix her attitude.Next time we dine here and if we see her we will do a 180 and go elsewhere.POOR SERVICE 1 ⭐️ EXPERIENCE AT ITS BEST‼️‼️‼️

Took 30 minutes to get a seat just to get told "hey you all can sit at the bar." The food was ok, but I was hoping the drinks were better. The liquor was light, but anything was mixed with was heavy, so we just had to do shots instead.

My family wanted to have dinner at your resturant, which we have always enjoyed. This one time I had to ask for management because the waitress did not want to put tables together to accommodate our family. We got past that and and sat downNext, my kiddos needed to use the bathroom and they were horrible!!!. The dirtiest ones I have ever been in.To finish off the visit, my daughter was coming back k from the bathroom, slipped on water on the floor(yes, there was a caution sign) but no one came over to help....I will admit it's been a couple of years since our last visit but WOW!! Management needs to get this place back k to what it used to be.

Brought our big family that drove all the way from Colorado here. Service was horrible. Almost everyone’s food was incorrect and cold. They remade some of them but again orders were still incorrect. We were THE ONLY table in the entire restaurant. Waitresses were not very understanding and our food was not edible. The waitresses were training and were confused. They couldn’t get anything right.One family members fries were extremely seasoned, and no one else’s was. The food came out spaced out, with the last family member having to wait over 20 min after we got our food to recieve hers. We also waited over an hour for any food to come out.What started all the disgusting issues was we found a FINGERNAIL type thing floating in my husbands drink.We will never return to this restaurant again. BUCKETS by the bathrooms I couldn’t hardly get back there because it was BLOCKED AND FILTHY. I can’t believe I ate some of the food. The waitresses lied to us about our food being fresh but like I mentioned most of it was cold and you could tell it had been sitting. The manager only offered a small discount which was pathetic. We didn’t see the daily deal and we asked if we could switch and the waitresses told us no. When my family member told the manager about this, she said it was never brought up to her and we could have taken advantage of the deal and saved money. I will never return to a hooters in my life!
