Joe... You need to instill upon your servers to engage in conversation!! Juliette was so bad that I switched servers. Hailey was no better!! She seemed annoyed and distracted when I attempted to engage in a conversation. Not sure these girls know that engaging in conversation leads to greater tips, as opposed to engaging their cell phones. The only conversation that was well accepted was with JT; a good choice in managerial staff.

Jazmine is by far the BEST. She is what keeps me coming back to the restaurant. She has a wonderful personality, and as many customers as she deals with, she actually remembers what you drink and what you eat. In my book, that is what food service is all about. Great customer service!!!

Updated: This place is a little strange. The bartenders are unwelcoming but the atmosphere usually is )especially if a good game is on) still on of the best place on 151 to watch a game. A diverse crowd of people but the staff give off that ā We Hate This Jobā energy. During a game you barely notice it but for a quick lunch it feels gloomy and weird. Update: Tried to give this place another chance for Sunday Night Football but this place caters to their regulars and not the casual sports fan. If your going here to watch the Game and Watch the Game Only THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Also the bar staff and managers are so awkward and unwelcoming. STAY AWAY!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered over the phone was told it would be ready at a certain time. I get there on time only to be told the flavor I ordered was unavailable. I then gave them a different flavor, and had to sit for another 40 minutes just to recieve cold food, with the wrong flavor. From the employees to the so called manager, it was a disaster. Save yourself a headache, and never order anything from this disgrace of a restaurant.
Love this location. Never a long wait. Good for families or a night out. Plenty of televisions with multiple sports. Great staff and very attentive and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: We always have our kids and its a great spot after their games. They will accomodate if you have a large group.

The wife and I just wanted to have a simple date night like we do every Saturday night but apparently we picked the wrong restaurant. Upon entering the establishment we noticed it wasnāt busy but yet we still waited about 5 minutes to be sat down. Once seated we waited another 15 minutes at our table without a server or an employee acknowledging us. Thatās when we decided to get up and leave the establishment. Who knows how long we would have waited to ever get our drinks let alone our food.

This location has had issues with wait time for years. Today Iām fed up and leaving a review. Please figure out how to serve customers in a timely manner. I understand being short staffed but that doesnāt seem to be the case here. There are clearly issues that need to be addressed. Iām tired of having to wait over an hour (party of 2) to be served every single time. Ordering online is an even worse issue, with an even longer wait time.
