Took a few minutes to be acknowledged and given a table. Then we waited for a waitress to finally come over to take our order. The wings were subpar. We stopped around 3 or 4, and the place was empty, so we didn't understand why we were having to wait. The waitresses were all hanging out in the corner, gossiping I guess

When I arrived there was no one to seat me so I waited and waited and waited, I had to go ask to manager if I could sit somewhere so we finally got a seat but then it took about an hour to get 10 wings even though the place only had about 6 quest total. The waitress was ok but didn’t come around that often so no drink refills either. I definitely would not recommend this location it’s better options in the area that has great service and food

I didn't love this particular branch but the service was good. The best ones are still the ones on 281 in front of Burlington. I recommend those. They look like chicken legs, not wings, but they are delicious.They ran a promo that on Mondays you buy 10 and they give you 10 more, whether bonless or wings.

Poor front customer service. Long wait time to be seated or to even right our name down or to even be acknowledged by staff. The people in front of us left from them taking to long. Mind you the restaurant was not busy at all. Plenty of empty tables. No hostess was present yet girls were going to leave to go orders and yet still don’t acknowledge you. Not even a “we’ll be right with you” etc. I assume it was the “manager” eventually came to the front and just pointed to a table to sit there.Our Server was great. Food was good.

Had to wait an over an hour for my to go food. Was ignored by a server named Nayeli at the to-go register TWICE, then had to ask another server to find my order, who then told me that they just "missed" my order due to technical difficulties. For the money I spent on a to-go order, I'd happily go anywhere else. But the food is pretty good.

My and my family went to hooters tonight march the 2nd at about 11pm and asked to sit at a different table the host said that was ok but told the waitress we sat ourselves the waitress was very rude to us stating did you guys sit yourselves here and then asked us what we wanted I told her a pint of bud light she looked at me like I was crazy then proceeded to ask my sons what they wanted to drink pay in mind we are a lesbian couple also African American as well we where very disappointed with the service so we left I’m a big tipper she judged us and the racism was brutal I will never step foot in that hooters they don’t like gay people or blacks.

Fries were cold, burger i got my 12 yr old had no flavor, sprite was flat, waitress got my order wrong, margarita machine wasnt working and didn't have what they needed for Buffalo chicken salad. Should have just saved the money I wasted going there or ordered wings from Marcos pizza.
