Tried this place out for brunch with the misses. Started great regarding the French press coffee, the truffle fries and fried green tomatoes. I thought the corn was a little rich and took away from the fried green tomatoes but they were otherwise worth the try. There was some issues in the kitchen apparently with people calling out and we waited almost an hour for our entrees so it was a little awkward but they comped us for the entrees which was really nice. The croquet monsieur was nothing exciting to write about and I've had it before at other restaurants. Babe enjoyed the Benedict, though there was some aftertaste from the pork (great texture). I'll give it another shot for dinner at some point.

I always wanted to come here and went on. Saturday for brunch and made reservations via Yelp and come to find out they don't take reservations per the server but the manager stated it I have a seat for you and your guest. Well the food was so good and will definitely try this place again.

I mean, if I call and ask if there's space for someone and they say yes, I head over and they tell me to wait in "line" for 20 minutes, I still find it manageable.... But then you come out and tell me it's gonna be one extra hour?! What kind of business do you run? I waited for 34 minutes before you came out and told me it would be another hour... Screw that place honestly, if this is how they treat people it doesn't matter how good their food is.

Delicious Homestyle menu with lots of veggie/vegan options, fried green tomatoes with cream corn was great!

Great service, good beer! The shrimp po-boy was pretty but difficult to eat with the tails on. The shrimp itself was fabulous.Would order it again and request no tails.

Very nice place with a homestyle-esq menu. Each item we had was made to order and delivered as soon as it was ready so complete order for your table isnt really a thing, however, the orders come out relatively quick together so even if you like eating as a group, it's still a pleasant experience in that regard. The food was on point and made with care. The owner was actually our server and he was great! The kitchen is an open design and from I could see, very friendly and from what I could hear, very professional sounding (if you have worked in good kitchens, you know what I mean). So I encourage you to check them out. I know sometimes strip mall restaurants are hit and miss but the place has adapted well. Also, they have a great beer selection on tap.

I’m so glad I found this restaurant. There are very few vegan options in the Alamo ranch area. Hop & Vine has several plant based options and they are all delicious! This will definitely be a new staple in our lives.

Stopped in for a cider and wound up staying for dinner. The stuffed chicken bruschetta was amazing. Definitely bringing the wife next time out.

Shrimp and grits was amazing, they have an interesting take on grits where they put them into a patty and fry them. Tastes great. Eggs were good, sausage was ok, bacon was good, French toast was great, food came fast.

Have been wanting to check this spot out for a while. Decided to go for brunch. Food was filling and tasty. Waitstaff was very friendly. They were fairly busy, but the only thing I didn't like was seeing all the dirty glasses on the countertop. Love that they offer multiple vegan options. Will definitely go back to try those out.

First time trying the restaurant because I saw many good reviews. I rarely leave reviews, but, the chicken and waffle meal was disappointing to say the least. The chicken was edible but the waffles and syrup were absolutely disgusting. I’m all for new flavors but just the smell of the syrup alone made me nauseous. The waffles weren’t even good by themselves and did not taste like bacon. The waffle is likely just an acquired taste but that syrup should not be served. G R O S S. Waste of money. The only good thing was that it came hot and fresh (ordered via Uber eats).

The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and we always have a great experience when we visit Hop & Vine. It’s THE perfect spot for date night and Sunday Brunch!

Def not a place I'd go back. There menu is limited due to covid (understandably) but the choices of food was no appetizing. The only thing going for them is the wall where you can take Pics :)
