One of my wife’s and mine favorite tiki bars in the country. Cody served us last trip in August 2025 and did a great job making us feel welcomed! Highly recommended if you are in San Antonio.

The decor and the drinks are AMAZING here! If you love rum based spirits and tiki drinks this place is so good. They also have a pretty good happy hour.
I will say, I guess we came on a bad night because no one waited on us until we had to get up and gain the attention of a server from another section. It wasn’t until we were completely finished did our actual server check on us.
There was also a slight smell. Not sure from the indoor waterfall or the bathrooms, but it could have been something out of their control.

We stopped by Hugman’s Oasis after a work dinner and were blown away by the decor—the atmosphere was just so cool 😎 Such a fun, tropical escape right on the River Walk😘We ordered a flaming rum drink, which was such a unique experience 🤣🤩Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something different and fun in San Antonio🥳

For a relatively small space, they packed a whole lot of ambience into it. The water feature in the back was very interesting and I particularly enjoyed the skull motif throughout the bar. They had a great selection of classic tiki drinks as well as more than a few originals. Our waiter was wonderful and gave us good suggestions. We ended up getting four or five drinks for our party and bought a tiki mug to take with us. I can recommend this place.

Food, drinks and staff are great! Outdoor seating is nice and comfortable, the inside is small but the bar top and tables available are roomy and comfortable. The vibe is great, and atmosphere is very tiki bar! There was a significant odor inside the bar, it kind of smelled like sewage? It could've been due to the construction going on downtown or other surroundings on the Riverwalk. But overall this is a great bar and experience if you're looking for a tiki night!

This was my 2nd visit from out of town, and much better service wise than my first. I have no issue with the drink or food quality at all. I have had the misfortune to encounter a (same) staff member on both visits that never made me or anyone else at the bar feel welcome. On my first visit they were my bar server and I had the worst service ever. Tonight they were working back bar but the same non verbal hostility was there. I have not encountered that in a bar environment before - much less twice in two visits. Tonight’s bar staff that too care of me was top notch.

What a delightful find on The Riverwalk! Joan was absolutely incredible and got us some perfect cocktails for our post-dinner enjoyment. We loved chatting with him, and really loved the decor and vibe of the place. We cannot wait to go back, and will be telling our friends in town about it!

Don’t come here if you don’t absolutely adore tiki bars. Love the vibe of this place. The drinks are lethal! Lots of tropical flavors and heavy on the booze. The snacks were good too, perfect to accompany the sweet drinks. The lighting is very dark, lots of on theme decor, the seating is intimate. It’s a small space so I’d def recommend reservations.
