The service is reflective of management. Long waits and bad service. Several families got up and left after being completely ignored by the wait staff. The food was not bad but definitely not worth the experience.

If I could put a 0 star review I would. After a fun day exploring near this location, my husband and I decided to have iHop for lunch.
The hostess seated us, I wanted to go use the restroom so, I told my husband what to get me as a drink. After coming back, he told me that no one had asked/approached the table.
We decided to wait for a bit, decided what to order and we were just waiting for a server to approach us. After a few failed attempts of getting us service, my husband and I decided to leave. The hostess told us “have a nice day” on our way out, and failed to realize that we were not served. Even though we were there for about 30 minutes and she was cleaning around us.
The restaurant was also empty, and there was only one other family seated in out same section.

I only have them 1 star bc of location!! Besides that they suck .We waited a hr w no waitress.i had to send for one she came took 20 minutes to bring a drink e no straws.They were all laughing and giggling in the back while tables were dirty and no one was being served.Then ppl were missing plates.DONT GO THERE I WARN YOU THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

This particular IHOP never disappoints! The food is Always Fresh and served timely. Our waitress "Q" was thebomb.com! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very gracious. The wait staff at this IHOP have always been nice and courteous. Go, you will not be disappointed!

Food was great but service was terrible. After getting our order we didn't see our server until 20 minutes after getting our food which was brought by a different server. I try to be understandable with servers cuz I was once one but she never checked in on us until we asked for the ticket. We had to get our refills from someone else and when she placed our Togo order it took over 40 minutes

On 01/05/25 I was waiting my order for 1 hour, the restaurant was empty , bc all employees left the restaurant to buy their lunch , terrible service, the server Debora took forever to bring, I will never back to this place again, very disappointed 😔

Service was terrible. First the guy messed up my order and said if I don’t keep the food he messed up then I have to wait an hour for it to be corrected and pretty much telling me it’s my fault he got it wrong. I told him it’s fine and to just make it and the pancakes I got turned out to be raw liquid dough all in the middle. Would not recommend this place at all

The worse service. they had to remove food off our check to because we never received it. The windows were dirty and not to mention how nasty the lady bathroom was. The health dept would shut them down. Our waitress apologized a hundred times. Clearly this IHOP was poorly managed
