Cook was doing everything but that.. walking outside and all through the restaurant and outside to some car .. all while having gloves on and never changing them.. then get pissy when I asked for them to change them…

Walking in we were not welcomed nor assisted to a table for over 10 mins and then when finally seated we were asked by two different people if we were helped and one of them just came from “sitting” down at a table herself. After given drinks we then waited for 45 minutes and were finally greeted with our food, unfortunately though for me and my family the food was not great enough for the wait and the strawberries that were given to us were frozen. Now when we want our receipt we had to wave someone down to get our waiter since two people kept flip flop service.

Pancake small , whole kitchen staff was really loud you can hear them outside of the kitchen. They longer give military discount to the family only to the person with the id. Unfortunately i don’t bring my kids id’s and i was unable to get their discounts. My total bill was over $100.00. After talking to the manager who just start and this was her first day. To the manager that was not on duty. They explain that corporate thinks that they are just giving out discount and they can’t do it. Will not be back every again

my fiance and i went in for breakfast this morning we sat down and placed an order after 20 mins the waitress said we are out of mushrooms, avocado, spinach, & bananas. How does the waitress tell us that 20 mins after we already placed an order. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RESTAURANT. HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS IF YOUR OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!!

Just horrible, the waitress was obviously half asleep or something, we ordered the same meal and the difference was a side of fruit and one with a side of hash browns, the girl ended up bringing just random fruit stuff, apple sauce, a whole banana, and berry filling I don't know what was going through her head. At the end it was terrible service everything on the menu was practically 86, never will go there again

Waited 10 minutes to be seated only have to wait till our table was cleaned off, took 30 minutes to receive our order, while others received theirs before us after coming in after us. Need to turn down the air conditioning. We are from Utah and it was cold in there. Poor service and what’s the purpose of a host if they are busy in the back?

They seem to be short on help.a lady helped us but she wasn't a waitress. I think she was management. But it took forever to get out order and iteasnt right. But we finely got to leave. Oh yea,the hash rows was so over cooked I couldn't eat them to crispy and they just cooked one side never turned them over so they were hard as rocks couldn't eat them. My omelet also was overcooked and so dry with no taste and they left off my ham. I ate about half. A waste off money. Will never go back.

Place was crawling with roaches. There was another roach I didn't get in photo because Couple was sitting in a booth behind me and it was on wall behind the man. Didn't want to photograph him.
