Came cause it says open 24hrs to walk up to a sign that says closed until 6am. What a waste of time and disappointment

This morning I ordered online so I could pick up and come back home as soon as possible! When I arrived to the restaurant I was greeted with a great Good Morning and it’s almost done. As I sat there I noticed a group of servers and cooks helping guests laughing and getting the orders out.
It’s nice to see people working together and getting the job done. Management was helping also Asa regular team associate or quarterback trying to score a touch down. Well with me they made a touchdown with their great service!
I got home and fed everyone and they felt the same way I did but it was in the food. My mother ate and said this was the best IHOP breakfast she’s had from IHOP in awhile! I agreed! The grits, eggs, bacon and pancakes were cooked to perfect ❤️…. Great job team! I hope you keep up this service and watch people be lining up at the door!

Pretty bummed after making a to go order and being charged prob like 2$ per side of avacado on top of the up charges for toppings. I guess it’s my fault for not checking the bag, but pretty sad for craving a 10$ hash brown that’s not right lol

Horrible 1st the waiter gave me cold coffee, then dropped my food on the floor, I was.like okay thats fine accidents happen. Then we I finally got my food, the middle of my blueberry pancakes were not cooked in the middle, the utensils she gave me were dirty looked like someone mouth was on the spoon and the fork still had what looked like strawberry on it, and when I showed her and asked for clean utensils she rolled her eyes and gave me plastic ones.

I walked into IHOP with my autistic son expecting a normal meal, and instead got one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with. One server started yelling and flat-out refusing to take our table, right in front of my kid. Completely unacceptable. My son was overwhelmed, and I was shocked by the behavior.
What really blew my mind is that I even heard that same server yell at Rose — the ONLY server who actually stepped up to help us — just because she was told you can’t refuse people. That kind of attitude has no place in customer service.
The only good part of this visit was Rose. She took care of us, showed respect, and made the experience better when it could’ve been a total mess.
Management needs to get their staff under control and appreciate employees like Rose who actually do their job. I won’t be coming back unless things change.

Very busy day for ihop on Veterans day. We greatly appreciate their quick seating (<30 minutes) and the food turned out as expected.

My husband ordered eggs Benedict. They did not include the sauce. They did not toast the English muffin. When we asked for this to be fixed they did not. They offered no compensation even though they did not give us what we ordered. Will never eat here again. Do Not Recommend. The pictures are of my steak omlette. The eggs were dry and the steak was grisly.

HORRIBLE servicie took a while to serve and they have new people that don't know what are they doing while the people that has the most time had no where to be seeing

Waited 15 min for an employee/ host to get a seat. One eventually walked past saw us standing and still we waited 5 more minutes before deciding to just leave to go to another restaurant. Mind you there were only two tables seated and not a single employee in sight for almost 15-20 minutes.

Waittress wasn't very friendly and attentive. We went and ordered all yiu can eat pancakes she only came to our table once. First and last going for that special.
