I ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken was hard as a brick. I requested a refund and never received it back on my card. The manager assured me that she would contact corporate and never did. Piss poor management with a horrible attitude.

If I could give a zero star for everything, I would do so, but since 1 is the lowest...that is being very generous. The service was awful...our order was served wrong, scrambled when we clearly said over easy..server blamed the cook being new. But at check out she apologized for giving the order wrong herself. The restaurant wasn't even busy and at one point seemed like several workers were walking out on break which I found strange....we were initially going to Denny's but decided instead of Ihop..bad choice all the way around.
As soon as I walked in, I wanted to walk out *sigh* It smells like they 'cleaned' w/DIRTY / FILTHY rags. All surfaces had a sticky feel to them... Because my toddler was craving pancakes, I swung it to see how the food would taste but let me tell yall, follow your gut feeling! The food was O.K. (my toddler received his plate 10 minutes before mine, they gave me scrammbled rather than sunnyside up eggs), it's so unsettling to eat while smelling / knowing your surroundings are dirty... IMAGINE the silverware / dishes ? I personally would never step foot at this IHop location again.

when we first walked in, the whole restaurant smelled like a restroom. i think they used the same mop water they used in the restroom out in the eating area. our waitress was nice, her name was samantha i believe and she’s the reason why im giving 2 stars. other than that, i ordered a spicy poblano omelette and ended up getting a steak one instead. i hate confrontation so i just accepted it, and it did taste fine. my m-i-l ordered a chicken fried steak and said her gravy came out cold and her steak tasted like it had freezer burn. i wouldn’t go back, but i appreciated sammy checking in with us throughout our visit.
