I made a mobile order I waited there for more than an hour I couldn’t wait anymore I had my daughter waiting for me I canceled my order I went home without my food and without being sure that I will have a refund because they didn’t give me a receipt for that

Bacon not cooked good. Not crispy. Cook drop it in the fryer instead on the grill. Eggs not over medium like I requested. Was overeasy.

We waited at Cracker Barrel for 45 minutes and didn’t get a table so we went to ihop. It was amazing. There was only three people on a Saturday night and it was quiet. Our server was amazing. Our kids ate so much and our server helped us get our kids for free. Highly recommend on a Saturday night.

Considering we were a large group of 9 the waiter (wore a gray hoodie) was very patient and made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service skills went above and beyond as a server. Food came out fast and exactly as we ordered.

I was sat at a dirty tabke with trash in the booth. Hash browns were stale or cooked in old oil. The server seemed new and kept forgetting coffee. Offered no solution when I told him about the hash browns. The pancakes came out after I was done with my incorrectly cooked eggs and halfway decent country fried steak. No amount of free French vanilla creamers is going to convince me to give IHOP another try.

Eggs Benedict were extremely dry. The eggs were cooked all the way through and hardly any hollandaise sauce. Our waiter,CJ, was great and super attentive though. My father loved the cinnamon roll crepes and my mother enjoyed her Fisherman's platter(fish and shrimp).

Poor customer service. Sat there for 15 minutes without not 1 person came to see if we had been helped but we're going up to other tables. I love ihop but very disappointed in there service
Went to go eat at IHOP got my food then they tell me they ain't got no pancakes waited like 30 minutes and they still tell me they don't have no pancakes call the manager he said that's ridiculous we could have gave you pancakes I said with my pancakes I never got pancakes then he got baby aggressive
