I love coming here with my mom. There’s hardly ever a long wait during the weekdays and Alicia has been our regular server and she’s always kind and helps with all our needs.

I need to wait 20 minutes to get sit down and then 15 minutes to get my drink. Never get a refill after 10 more minutes I end up leaving waste my time. The waiter was new is only the second day but keep talking to the employee like no one gets around. They just joking around and not helping the people.
Don't come here and save your money. Service is bad .food is bad.

First got here and waitress took more than 20 minutes to take our drink order. Our waitress was new but the other’s were calling her to complete multiple task while they just walked around and talk will not come back.

What makes it good there is the server we got. She was very kind and helpful , and the food is not bad at all.

Our young waitress must have been new or covering for someone because she kept putting us off or forgetting. Another older waitress took over which was fine.
Our food portions seemed less.

Went to this location on 1-9-2025 around 12pm. The food was good and the server was nice. When we left the entire back window of the car was shattered. I then went back inside and spoke to the manager and asked if they had any cameras and I was told that they do not have any cameras on the outside of the building with the exception of one camera focused on the dumpster. The manager then said that I should go over to Twin Peaks and ask to see their cameras. But the crazy thing is we were literally parked right in front of the door so one would think that they would have a camera located at the front door. With no help from the manager one of the servers came out with trash bags and tape and she stood in the rain and helped us put the bags over the window. The manager never came out or offered any assistance. The server that helped was extremely apologetic and kept apologizing. She asked if we asked about the cameras and when I told her the manager said they didn’t have any cameras she was shocked. She said that’s not safe not to have any cameras. If you decide to visit this location be aware that they do not have any cameras and will not be able to assist if anything happens.

The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like the toilets hadn't been cleaned in a few days. I understand patrons are to blame, but it's up to staff to stay on top of it.

Went for the gluten friendly pancakes and was told IHop out of gluten-free pancake mix with the holiday menu. Really? I can't win with IHop.

Me and my wife and daughter ate here Christmas Eve night & upon arriving Sandy the server was getting talked to super ugly by the manager and was told “ just go home already “. Sandy was doing nothing but her job and they could’ve used the extra hands.

The woman's restroom was filthy. Both toilets were clogged and completely unsatisfactory. Management said nothing could be done about it. Guess this IHOP doesn't have a plunger and mops to clean up. 1st and last time we visit this location.

This place is going downhill. Limited menu still. Quality just doesn't seem there anymore.
