The revamp of the restaurant absolutely saved it, food is great now and service is amazing. Food comes out relatively quickly, but could be faster, however the restaurant is pretty new technically so they are not used to the business levels.

We visited on 11/09/2025 and our server was pretty good. We had a fairly large group, 12 adults and 2 small children. We arrived on a fairly busy Sunday afternoon, about 10 people waiting ahead of us. We were told 2 tables were allocated for our group (2 booths, back to back) and they were nearly ready. Then, we received an update from the host that either another host or server sat a group at one of the booths. No biggie, we were seated shortly after which was about a 20 minute wait time overall. After drinks were ordered, my mother’s margarita came in the shaker and when she poured it out, there was a small clump of hair floating to the top of the glass. Our food came out sporadically, we had to request many missing plates, entrees and sides that were missing and had been ordered. A side of mashed potatoes came to the table over cold (literally, the plate was cold to the touch, not sure how both the kitchen staff and server missed that one). 2 appetizers were missing and had to be requested well after the main meals were served. Food served was either overcooked (mushy pasta) or missing alterations. It made for a poor experience, notable food safety violations, and too many shortcomings for us to consider coming back in the near future.

Ihop overall has become very expensive for what they offer, this Ihop was not the excemption. Place looks old and the walls has the paint peeling off. Food take a long time and was very low quality

Man this place was a disaster. Unfortunately. It wasn't too busy at all but the waiter wasn't bad. Just the service. As in the kitchen. Took forever with the food. Multiple people who were waiting at their table got up and left, we should have done the same. We found hair in two of our plates. Waiter gave us a family discount for that. By the time the remakes came out we were all done and ended up just getting a to go box. But they didn't have to go tops. Also ran out of chocolate milk. Asked for sweet tea but it was not sweet at all. Idk needless to say we won't be back.
UPDATE: so the GM Belinda reached out to us. Very apologetic and understanding! She offered we come back to redo the experience. My husband and I were helped immediately, food was DELICIOUS and fresh! Appreciate that effort 🥰
