WATCH OUT IHOP WILL TOW YOUR CAR, if you park in their parking lot but dare visit another store in the area they will promptly have your car towed, they had a tow truck waiting like a vulture and if you complain to the staff they will tell you it is your fault for parking in their spot even if you are eating there.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Not a community friendly location. They will TOW YOUR VEHICLE!! Someone they hire sits in the lot a watches you exit your vehicle. I was parked there went to the store next door and was going to have a meal afterwards. BOOM! Within minutes my car was taken! So scary to know some creep with a tow truck is waiting to see where your walking! The lot was full of other pepple shopping and eating. Look at your surroundings. This location is the only part of the shopping center that has towing signage! This location shares the lot with all the shops in the Dezavala Centre shopping center. Why is that? Why is this the only restaurant from all the other stores, restaurants and offices does this restaurant have on that particular parking lot? Wow! What nerve, makes you wonder why they are not doing well in comparison to other restaurants in that location? Even Twin Peaks doesn't have that kind of signage for any of its customers. Real nice IHop, your never getting my business ever again!

Well, my friend and I were going to eat here after we checked out Teso Life next door but her car was towed before we could even eat lunch here! Thank God there was food truck in the parking lot so we could eat, but now we have to find a ride home! Never coming here again!! This ihop must be in cahoots with Bexar Towing company to split the towing fees. What a joke.

Ordered 2 breakfast items for pick-up on 12/30/25 around 7 pm. The Colorado omlette which costs about $16.00, had NO shredded beef in it or on it. The cook put lots of sausage though. This is wrong and not what we pay for. Management, please contact me for replacement omlette.

Our server was named Sue. All honesty. Service was pretty bad. She barely came to our table and if she did it was to talk to our daughter and we literally had to wave to her for her to come to our table. She messed up our order and had to get it redone. So we waited about 25 minutes for our food to have to wait another 10 minutes for it to get redone. She kept staring at our daughter when she did show up. Its was a little weird and ki da creepy. So, yeah. Food was good. Cooks did a great job but service was not it. No one was sitting in her area and I understood why afterwards

Ordered wonton tacos with no slaw. It comes with cilantro and lime. The tacos were cold, they didnt put my cilantro on and gave me very little chicken... so much so that it was comical. Also ordered chicken parm. The noodles were over cooked, and Luke warm. The only thing hot was the chicken breast. The service and atmosphere were great. I believe Anita was her name. She was great. The bacon from my wife's and sons meal seemed like it was reheated bacon from earlier in the day. First time coming... more than likely my last. On the upside, my other son loved his meal. He raved about how good the grilled cheese burgers were.
