We here right now just started eating and as we were eating a visitor crawled up on us right at the table! A got damn ROACH immediately lost our appetite, waived the waitress down told her she said oh im sorry let me get a napkin and kill it, left the food and unfortunately paid our ticket. 😒 Not a good look IHOP bc if you have roaches coming out like that then im sure there are roaches everywhere.

Manager on duty was rude and yelling at wait staff, regarding the orders. This could be heard across the restaurant.

Unseasoned steak, flavorless eggs, meh pancakes with only one syrup flavor on the table.
Servers approach your table every 3 minutes which is annoying.
Place was really clean though.
I won't ever go back to any IHOP as overall the food was disappointing at best.

My server, Darrin was very personal and professional. Food was amazing, will go back.
We had just wanted midnight decaf coffee and something to snack on; and this was the second IHOP we drove to (the first was closed).
Bacon came out crispy. Coffee was hot. Good experience over all.

Understaffed & Unsanitary. Went to primarily get a quick bite for our little one before hitting the road...the food took over an hour to come out & was NOT worth the wait or money .

If I could give half star I would, We come out of town and by far this has been the worst I hop ever, super slow service , we've been waiting here for about like almost 1 hour and a half going to 2 hours , I have a herd of hungry kids. We haven't had breakfast and we were expecting to leave to six flags to enjoy the day and now we are stuck here, waiting for our food and we are now running super late... They need to get their stuff together here. Waitress is nice at least I can say that. I'm hungryyyyy!!!! I'm sure the food is gonna be sloppy as well.. I'm hoping not. I have a 1 year old hungry baby here, cmonnnn.
