I came here for lunch recently and had a great experience. My server, Ariel, was really kind and made sure everything was just right. I would definitely recommend sitting in her section. She created a welcoming and positive atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Id definitely come back and recommend it to others.
Service was Friendly, but a bit slow
We had just wanted midnight decaf coffee and something to snack on; and this was the second IHOP we drove to (the first was closed).
Bacon came out crispy. Coffee was hot. Good experience over all.

Servers have always been nice, service can sometimes take 45 to an hour to get your food but when we went out to eat most recently, we came around 7pm and the diner was empty. We were seated at a booth table by the window and saw a roach!
We flagged down a waiter who promptly offered us a new seat but seemingly did not bother taking care of the bug. We got our food right after and tried to dismiss the sighting as a possibility of it being next to the window...
