Absolute atrocious experience. We were sat, placed drink and food order. Table beside us was sat 10 mins later and they got their drinks first. After 30 mins wait, table beside us got their food before us.

I come here every Monday with the kids after school to get dinner before soccer practice. The servers are always nice and always put us away from everyone else so my kids can do their homework with little distraction. A younger hosts didn’t que properly, telling my party to wait while quoting parties that arrived after me. She blatantly ignored us despite it not being busy. Not very welcoming to me and my SO.Waitress was super friendly, though.
The service in food was exactly what you would expect. One thing that stans out among the competitors is that when hashbrowns are perfectly cooked, they are awesome, but when hashbrowns are poorly cooked, they are horrible.The one thing about ihop is that the eggs and hashbrowns are consistent and have good taste and texture. I may not be the perfect crunchy hashbrown that you like, but they're so much better than a botched hashbrown.The server was pleasant, and the service was reasonable even though they were quite busy. The food arrived hot and I love the fact they put a little pot of coffee on the table.The facility was clean and reasonably maintained. If you like breakfast 24/7, then you should give this location a try. I highly recommend it.

Got seated quickly had to wait for waitress...took awhile to get just out drinks then another while to place our order....then a commotion in the kitchen area to where everyone was like whats going on but anyways I was disappointed....iam not blaming our waitress...it could be she was too busy with all the customers she had ....

**** FINALLY *****We have finally found our favorite Ihop.... The service was great, the food was hot, never had to ask for refills, my shoes didn't stick to the floor, we were actually seated instead of handing me menus and pointing to the table we were getting.... I-10/DeZavala, I-10 Colonnade and The Rim, all need to take notes from the Bandera/1604 location. Friendly faces, clean atmoshere, and great food... Keep up the good job!
