I still don’t understand how she managed to do it, but manager just explained to me that my waitress Elizabeth E charged me the wrong table’s order. Night manager said he would void the incorrect charge and charge me the “correct” amount when I paid again at the counter. Nothing got voided and now day manager refuses to give me the $42.47 they owe me for the first time they charged me for someone else’s order. Both charges stopped pending a long time ago. I sent corporate a message and they asked for five business days, I gave them six and still no answer. I paid with the app’s Pay ‘N Go the first time. I wouldn’t trust the app or Elizabeth E with charges moving forward. She was a bad waitress but I had still tipped her $5. Had I known she would end up indirectly charging me a total of $74.63, I wouldn’t have tipped her at all.

Amazing location. Our waiting was amazing, serving a party of 12. The food all came out perfect and fast. Our waiter kept checking on us every once in a while and even recommended some things to complement our order. It was on a Thanksgiving morning and I really appreciate a great service during a day many do not even work. 10/10

They need better management or something. Their poor staff was busting booty, and then the hostess sits us at a dirty, sticky table, with only a specialty menu, I look around, and no one has their food. We sat there for about 10 min before we decided to leave, knowing it was going to be about 2 hours before we got any food. Don't seat people if you don't have the staff to accommodate them. I truly feel sorry for the waiters because that was poor management

Staff was just sitting around and ignoring us while we waited for a table. The restaurant was empty- we finally sat, and we never got a server. When someone finally came up to us and told us a server would be with us because our actual server ditched us, we were visited by a six legged visitor. A roach, crawling across the wall of our booth. We promptly left. I don't recommend anyone go to this location.

We ordered food, and while we were waiting I saw multiple employees eating while they were leaving the food area, but the worse thing was when we were halfway done eating there walked up a cockroach on the table right next to our food, we promptly got up and talked to the waitress the little buddy came back and she got it with napkin. The host has said that is an ongoing issue and the management knows about it but will not do anything about it.

Quick review... Just ate here... Pancakes dry and overcooked. Eggs dry and overcooked and cold. Food took a long time. Waiter was very nice did a good job. Location is very dirty and dusty... Lots of surfaces need cleaning... Location needs deep cleaning. Would not return.
