We visited the city this labor day weekend from El Paso, Texas. First time in the city, we ate twice at this IHop. Let me tell you that this restaurant is amazing. Although, it is a super busy location our big group was sat in less than 25 minutes. Our food came fast too! The servers, were very friendly and helpful. I am sure the kitchen crew is well in sync too! People came, ate and left like a well oiled machine! We left impressed! Good job everyone who works at this location! Hats off to the admin and all the employees! You guys are doing an amazing job! It was important for us to let everyone know!

I visit this IHOP fairly often, and I’ve noticed that the cleanliness has been declining with each visit. Today, the restaurant had an unpleasant odor right as you walk in, almost like stepping into a bathroom. On several recent visits, the dining area has also felt unusually humid. Looking up at the ceiling, I noticed black spots on the tiles, which is concerning. This location really needs some attention to improve the environment for guests.

Our server, Josh T, was extremely inattentive. He sat and chatted in the booth with another couple talking about politics while we sat for about 10-15 minutes waiting for him to come take our order. Another server noticed and stepped in to ask what we would like to drink. After finally getting up from the other couple’s booth, he came to take our drink order. We told him it was already taken by someone else but that we were ready to order. He finally took our order (after trying to pawn it off on the other already busy waitress) and that’s when I noticed the strong stench of alcohol on his breath. I pointed it out to my boyfriend who noticed it as well. Throughout the rest of the visit, Josh tried to overcompensate for the beginning of the visit by stopping at our table every 2-3 minutes, which quite frankly was annoying- especially at this point. Aside from that, food was great! It came out quick and was tasty. Will probably return to this location but will definitely ask for another server if given Josh T again. Not a fan of the alcohol on his breath at 7am.

I just had the BEST WAITER EXPERIENCE EVER HERE ...AND IN A LONG TIME! MR. DAVID did an Excellent Job with Service , Promptness , Building the Atmosphere, and very Attentive to our every need. Never had to ask for anything not even refills...! David was very Energetic and Professional! I love seeing people that are passionate about their jobs and the quality of Service they are providing for others! I definitely give Mr. David a 5 STAR RATING FOR HIS OVER ALL PERFORMANCE. AND COMING FROM ME...A FELLOW TOP Rated Server Myself in the Hospitality Industry from top restaurants and hotel management in the San Antonio area...I was Very Impressed!! My girlfriend and I enjoy coming to this ihop, regardless if it’s early in the morning or for late night munches at 2, the time is always the same. Food is good for ihop, the environment you eat in is nice but always depends on other customers really, but the servers are great! Specifically calling out Tutu (hope that’s right) for her hospitality and overall warm feeling she brought to the table. Loved having her serve us and hope whoever eats there enjoys the time like we did.

Food and service was very good even on a very very busy sunday morning around 9am. Bathrooms were run down and nasty. Everything was fresh, and the waitress ruby i believe was her name was great and attentive. No one stopped in this place. Even as busy as they were we didn't have any wait to be seated. We were in and out in about an hour.

We walked in and waited about five minutes without being greeted or even asked for our name. The smell inside was unbearable—like wet dog—and the lobby floor was so sticky my shoes literally stuck to it. We could hear staff in the kitchen laughing and chatting, but no one acknowledged us. We ended up leaving without eating. Very disappointing experience.

The coffee was served warm in a pitcher. Our breakfast was cold including pancakes. Told waitress and she apologized and brought me back another stack of cold pancakes. I told her you should realize that when the butter won’t melt it’s cold. Left there again disappointed!!!!

This place sucks. We were seated right away—no wait—but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our visit. It took nearly an hour to get our food for a table of two adults and two kids. Our server, a young man, seemed irritated to even be there. He took our order after a 20-minute wait, forgot our drinks, and brought out incomplete meals.
The food itself was unacceptable: burnt bacon, burnt hash, and burnt eggs. Decent pancakes when they came out. Overall, this place was a huge letdown. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Went late at night, 1am. I think the food experience would of been better if there wasn't a woman accords the way and loud ad heck. I appreciate how late your are allnipen but I'd rather have a quieter late night snack.
