I give a 4 on service because the first waitress really was bad. We sat for 20 minutes and she didn't even get our drink order. Finally she comes over and says she has been to busy and still doesn't get our order. The second one rescued the situation but cannot give a 5 because of the first one.

I'm a regular at this location and the night staff are very chill and the service is good. Dakota is my usual server and she's great, Milly is also very nice along with the rest of the staff

Food was below average compared to other IHOPs, server was not in the best mood & overall place was extremely full and many kids running around. Not great for a calm environment to have breakfast at least in this location. Paid over $55 which I feel was expensive for what we ordered.

Bought a pancake breakfast for pick up on my lunch break got back to work with my oder there were not condiments or utensils…had to drive back to get them and the guy behind the counter- his attitude was the WORST as if he was doing me a favor…no sorry or anything…just poor service
went late at night and it waa over half ab hour until ww got our food. server was attentive but it seemed he was also helping in the kitchen, as he would disappear

I would give zero stars if I could. On December 17th 2025 7:54pm I had the worse service the manger was horrible my server was horrible. He took a good 20min to bring drinks and then we heard the manager tell the other server our food was up no one brings its out 30min later our server comes strolling in from the back drinking his drink and still nothing I had to talk to the manager to get our food mind you it’s just us and one other table 8 people in total at this restaurant. When we get our food it’s cold. The manger then ask well what do you want me to do about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. On top of that waste of time no refills until a whole hour later and I had to ask.

overall, a 3. i got pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. my gma got a omelet and hashbrowns. Our bacon? saw. some parts. my sausage? raw as well. pancakes were good and so were the eggs. the customer service was well. the wait for our food took 30 minutes. if you go i recommend you ask to sit away from the kitchen. we sat right infront of it and it was so loud.
