Met an amazing waiter, Alexandro. The young man was moving with purpose and as polite and respectful as they come. With a full house of customers, he still made my son and I feel important. Kudos to the chef...pancakes and French toast on point.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available but not labeled. Options are plentiful.

Just walked in and weren’t even greeted, hosts clearly didn’t want to be at front or was just in a bad mood because he was not nice at all. I asked politely what the wait time was and he responded rudely that he had no idea.

Great place to take the kids or family. Service is good and food menu provides a good variety of breakfast meals and more. Service was also good even though they were busy. Great kids eat free and military discounts too!Kid-friendliness: Great options for picky kiddos.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to IHOP. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, leading to excessively long wait times and poor service. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was not inviting. I hope IHOP addresses these issues promptly to provide a better dining experience for customers.

Me and my two daughter been waiting about 20 minutes. Nobody came to our table. I looked around not a busy time, about 2pm something April 6. Most of the server walking around and talking to each other. One guy seating on the top of front desk, just talking to other employees. I stand up walked up to the server, that nobody came to our table yet it’s been 30 minutes.She said, I will check whoever is on that area. I said ok. Then one guy came in and seated, then she take his order right away. Before she can find out who is our server, I’m so upset. We left the Ihop. We walked towards them, nobody care. So disappointing, Me and my family were always going to this ihop, never happened like that. Make no sense at all. Worst customer service ever. I’m still upset until now. You guys are wrong.

I have been here a couple of times. The food comes out super fast. You would think that is a good thing. However, on the two times I've been here the food was either cold, or had been cooked hours in advance and was left to harden. I wasn't given a discount. My hashbrowns were too stale to chew. I ordered another side of hashbrowns and they were stale too the second order came out in seconds so I know they were not just cooked. My server was good. That's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. She atleast gave me my military discount.

First i want to emphasize that most of this is absolutely not against our server Liz; she was increadibly kind and quick to get us whatever we needed when asked. Unfortunately this was also one of my worst experiences at ihop. Everything started off really good, Liz was super kind got our drinks out super fast and food was delivered not long after, she even brought 2 sides of pickles! Once we got our food we realized we hadnt been given silverware when we were sat so we figured, oh no biggie our server should be back soon and we can ask her then for some silverware and tobasco. About 20mins in (well after our food has gone cold) i get up to grab the untesils and tobasco myself and finally, FINALLY get to start eating ,not even caring if its gone kinda cold cause im starving after a 12hr clinic shift. About 2 bites in though i come to realize that my chicken is pink through the center, still unable to get a hold of liz. We could see our server having to run food to almost every other section in the restauraunt. During this time the other waitress assigned to our section (Bernice) was taking care of every other table while blatently ignoring us, and when asked if she could help us get Liz's attention huffed and said yea in a minute, and was overall rude and cold. About 15/20minutes later liz comes back and immeadiatly appologizes for having been busy and takes my dish back to get remade. During this time we ask another employee (he was tall w/ glasses and long black hair in a bun, was very very kind) to grab the manager. Once Art (the manager) shows up he already seemed annoyed at even having to speak with us barely even listening to what we had to say. After explaining what was going on and the undercooked chicken incident he responded with a very curt Okay and then rushed back off to god knows where, no apologies, no attempts to mediate, nothing. It wasnt till Liz comes back with another check that we are told he apparently gave us a 50% discount on the food items.I want to emphasize that the only reason this is even getting 2 stars is because Liz and the tall guy with a bun were very kind and helpful.

Ms Shirley made sure my meal was made the way I asked for it. It was the best Spicy Poblano omelet I've had (of many at IHOPs between South San Antonio and Austin). Not the spiciest, but the best tasting.My family can be picky, demanding, and frustrating. I commend Ms Shirley for her patience with us and working with our individual dietary needs.Dietary restrictions: I cannot have their pancake batter omelets. So I have to have the shelled eggs. Ms Shirley said she would make sure that the omelet would not have the batter. She did what she said. This was the first time I could tell that I got eggs instead of their batter omelets. Like I said, I get this dish alot.
