IHOP at The Rim is a consistently great dining experience. The friendly staff provide excellent customer service, and the food is always delicious, catering well to dietary needs. The food is spectacular and the service is exemplary, with some servers providing the best service. Customers enjoy the chicken fried steak and eggs, with eggs cooked to order and a tender, lightly breaded steak. However, the pancakes can sometimes be cold, dry, and overcooked. While the staff is nice, service can be slow at times. The restaurant is well-maintained and a fantastic choice for the whole family.
