Waited several minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Pancakes were dry and overcooked. I asked for bacon in place of sausage; didn't get either and waitress then tells me I can't swap; why didn't she say that to start with. Asked for crispy bacon and got undercooked bacon. The waitress was nice but I won't be going back.

Traveled from Arizona to Texas in one night - got here at 2am exhausted. I have never been to SA before. Parked here to charge up and received the best food and service from server All State. Treated like a king. Food was spectacular. Absolutely 6 of 5 stars. Exemplary service. Best ihop visit I have ever had.

I had a terrible experience here and will not be returning. The place was dirty, with tables left uncleaned and trash on the floor. The staff was rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging us when we arrived. Our server in particular was extremely unfriendly and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. To make matters worse, our online order was delayed well beyond a reasonable time, and no one bothered to update us or apologize. Completely unacceptable service and environment.
