Love the green chili omelette. Plus they have cereal pancakes right now...

Very nice, clean, and (comfortably) quiet place; definitely has been rebuilt and changed drastically since the last time me and my family last went here to this precise location 9 years ago now (back in September 2012). The employees are quite nice and helpful, there are a lot of options to choose from for what to eat, the food is very good and satisfying; since my family all left full and happy when we were done (so I guess that their slogan "Come Hungry, Leave Happy" is the one that they've been going with for all this time for a reason ), and out of all the breakfast places I have ever been to in the past, I still, even after all this time, still think that iHop has the best syrup(s) to go on the pancakes (or even their waffles). I would strongly recommend the thing that I got last time, if anybody is curious about what they should get the next time they go there; the Spicy Poblano Omelette (which came with fire-roasted Poblano peppers, red bell peppers & onions, shredded beef, Jack & cheddar blend, fresh avocado, Poblano cream and spicy, chopped Serrano peppers). It was super-duper spicy (so much so, that my nose actually got a bit runny and I could feel a little bit of sweat build up in my hair), but still very, very good and filling. One of the best omelettes I've ever had, as a matter of fact. Loved it. And the side of pancakes I got were fantastic, too. Especially when I drizzled the blueberry and strawberry syrups on them. I would also strongly recommend the BLT, the Philly Cheesesteak Stacker, the Big Steak Omelette (since they are all fantastic), along with the Double Blueberry Pancakes that my Dad got, the Southwest Scramble that my Mom got (since she really seemed to enjoy it), and the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries that my sister got (since she also really seemed to enjoy it). However, my only nitpick with the place was that the construction going on in there was just a *little* bit too loud and distracting for us the last time we went here last month, back in February 2020. But it wasn't that bad/distracting or anything, thankfully. We all still had a really good time and were still able to enjoy our food and dining experience just fine. No biggie. :) Case in point; iHop (at least, the one at 22506 Us Hwy, 281 N, STE 106, in San Antonio, TX) is a very, VERY good place that I would strongly recommend to anybody who wants a good and filling breakfast, great syrups that your probably will never find anywhere else (not even Denny's) or even just a very good and satisfying omelette. I would definitely recommend it. I am sure that you will really like it. 8/10 stars.

The service here was very slow. I was afraid I was going to die of hunger and my dinner companions would have to eat my body like a San Antonio Donner party. We ordered pancakes and one Burger and it took over an hour to get our food. If the place was busy there would at least be an excuse but at the time there were only five tables between two waitresses. We had to ask for everything from silverware to the water we ordered thirty minutes earlier. Just disappointing all around.

The food was good. Service was good. The problem was the wet floor. There was a mat right in front of the door but nothing after. They said it was due to humidity. I guess no one thought of putting another mat down. I had my 83yr old father with me. I was worried someone would slide down and break a hip or knee. So, either the floor needs to be changed or mats put down to make this place safer

Each time I come here it’s a different experience. Depends who is serving you. Sometimes you get a good attitude while others like today is like why are you here. WTH. Seriously it seems like prejudice is still prevalent. No active listening skills and poor customer service

Juliette was a very good waitress. I love this IHOP. It's so small and quaint.

Well, today was the last time that we will ever dine at this IHOP again So many things to list.....none of which really involved our server (Desiree was super friendly & sweet). We watched our food come out and be put under the heat lamps and a young woman (no name tag) pushed it to the side. It sat for 7 minutes (not under the heat lamp) and then the young woman brought it over to us when the counter started getting congested with everyone else's food. The second she brought it, I tried it and it was not even warm. She was annoyed, but I asked her to take it back. She then proceeded to take it back up to the counter and stick her fingers in all of our plates IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER WHO WAS IN THE KITCHEN & IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ELSE AT THE RESTAURANT. Then, magically 30 seconds later, our food comes out piping hot. I inquired if it was warmed up or actually new food because I told the young woman that I watched her put her finger in every single plate we sent back. She & our waitress both said it was not reheated and it was in fact new pancakes, eggs, etc. Oh and during this time, the table next to us pulled a long black hair out of his blueberry pancake stack We were so grossed out that none of us really ate our food. Thankfully, our waitress was super sweet & did everything she could to make our experience better. But, still....so so SO gross!

Very disappointed if I could give less then 1 star I would. First of all my son wanted pancakes. So we went to I hop in stone oak village. Waited to be seated for almost 5 mins no one even looked our way. The place.was not busy at all now I know why. A young waiter seated us eventually he seemed nice so we sat down that's when he asked us about drinks. Had to tell him almost twice and almost yelling tone. Then I realized he had Air Pods in his ear. No wonder he could not hear us. We gave our order mine was fried fish and fries with garlic bread.my son had pancakes I noticed the waiter after putting our order in went to the front in plain view and was eating . When our food was ready he put down what ever he was eating and didn't even wash his hands disgusting he wiped his hands on his pants. Our food was at least cooked through I got my garlic bread late and it was soggy and also tarter sauce came in a packet thrown at you . Needless to say at least the manager came out after I asked to speak with her she was very plesent and said she will talk to him. Unless you want to catch a botchalizum I will never eat there again. Very disappointed for I Hop would not recommend at all

Holiday Season has started, IHOP has a few enticing offers going. This location is always busy for Breakfast but service is very dependable.

We went especially for the hamburger and onion rings for my husband. They were very satisfying. I had the Turkey meal, it was ok, not as good I guess as home cooking, but ok.

Better sandwiches than 54th. Lemonade is great.

This little restaurant located in the Plaza at Stone Oak and service is exceptional. With staff like Jason, Red headed Male server, was very professional and just awesome in his service in my visit.

What's better than a big, delicious breakfast on the weekends. We really enjoy going here even though the service is very inconsistent. The servers are nice but sometimes the service is really slow. I'm not talking about the kitchen but getting coffee or getting seated or getting someone's attention.
