it didn’t take us very long to be seated but the minute we were seated it took about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. the server was a nice girl but to take about 15-20 mins to even have been acknowledged with a simple hello i’ll be with y'all in a minute.

Server was great. Food was ok. What really brought the experience together though was the 2 cockroaches the next table over just crawling around the booth and scavenging the leftover food. Loved that.

I completely understand there’s a shortage of workers these days but service was very crappy. It took awhile for someone to come up to the front to take us to be seated. Getting our drinks took awhile and took over an hour for our food to get to the table. There weren’t many people dining inside when we first arrived either, which led us to believe we would get waited on quicker than what we did. Items were missing from our order when we had originally let the server know from the beginning what we wanted. We didn’t get refills for our drinks until we were almost done eating our food. Multiple people and families were coming in and leaving for lack of service; not getting helped at the front of the restaurant to be seated, not getting drinks and waiting for forever to get their food. Manager was on site as well but not helping out the ONE waitress they did have. At one point a customer had to walk to the back into the kitchen, to get the managers attention that there were multiple people waiting at the front to be seated. We were about to get up and leave and just that moment was when our food was finally brought out. Save yourself a trip here if you want to be serviced quicker.

slippery floors and roaches! we were only sat for 2 minutes before we saw 2 roaches, ew! we left immediately. slippery floors as well, i almost slipped running out

The place is a dumpster. The bathroom stunk so bad and it looked like it had not been cleaned for days.
Haven't been in a while but wait staff attentive and gave great recommendations. I had the hamburger with a fried egg and 2 pancakes, with strawberry syrup and my wife had strawberry crepes. Food was served fast and was hot and tasteful.

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed a pick up order and they missed almost half the order. Items missing were a big steak omelet (no peppers, no onions, add avocado... this is important later) missing "2" separate orders of strawberry banana French toast, order of mac and cheese and 1 hashbrown. Literally half the order not there. Call and talk to someone and they're making the missing items and we're coming back to pick them up which is fine, we all make mistakes.... get home for round 2 and the big steak omelet with no veggies and avocado... is full of peppers, onions, bits of sausage, bits of roast and ham. Everything but the steak and avocado...! And they still missed the freaking hashbrowns. Spent $100 to only get half the order the first time and then upon receipt of the 2nd half.... IT WAS STILL WRONG and missing items, absolutely ridiculous.

Can’t rate the food we never got a chance to order sat there for almost 30 mins. If you want to sit and wait in the waiting area for 20 to 30 mins AND THEN wait for your waitress to take your drink order and then take another 15 mins! That’s our queue to leave!
