Not as good as it normally is... Had to ask for and wait for a spoon, and sugar just to shake my coffee about five minutes after my coffee was placed on the table. Table didn't even have syrup like usual and had to ask for it and wait again...

I was greeted by a sweet lady forgot her name it was today around 4pm :( really great service she even offered me a drink while I waited for my to go order. ! Turkey melt was amazing as always.

Superb food, attentive waitress and calm atmosphere. Missing alternative creamers like the other IHOPs across town (French Vanilla, Hazelnut or Caramel Macchiato - International delight) so the coffee department may need improvement but otherwise we enjoyed our meal and visit here.
When I was there on a Saturday I got served by Malorie, although her service was great the environment was not so good. Her and a taller Hispanic guy kept yelling in the back of the kitchen to where we could hear which made it extremely uncomfortable to be around. The name calling and the unprofessionalism of the entire establishment is astoundingly disgusting. I’m not sure if he was a manager or what, but if he was, I feel the higher ups should really reconsider how they fill their positions. If you enjoy a hostile environment while trying to enjoy a meal, go for it! If you don’t, I’d truly have you reconsider to a different location.

Eh, it’s IHop. I never expect great and amazing things but this last time we waited over 40 minutes for just some pancakes and bacon with it not being very busy. No real reason for it to take that long even if it had happened to be packed inside. The waitress was near and kept an eye on us however never once came by to apologize for the long wait or mentioned the wait when the food did come out, I would never blame a server for a long wait time but they could at least update us and apologize on behalf of the kitchen, which she did not do. When the food finally came out it wasn’t all at once as we were still waiting even longer for the pancakes, which I think should have been the first things to be done. The food was also pretty cold for having to wait so long and my plain pancakes had residue from other flavored pancakes that I did not enjoy the taste of.
