Came to have breakfast with my two small sons, waited for over 20 minutes not a single person came to check on us or take any drink orders. Place wasn’t even busy. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Service wasn’t terrible it just wasn’t there to begin with.

Not impressed. Service was horrible for a slow day. Had to keep everyone else for refills and everything because our server was never to be found until it was time to be paid. Asked us our drink and it took 15 minutes for the drinks. Another 10 minutes because she wasn’t ready to take our order. Then when the food finally came out 45 minutes after ordering it was ice cold and like it sat there. The eggs had already congealed. Definitely don’t recommend.
Update 11/17. Came to try again. 45 minutes to get food. Waitress not attentive. Was sat at a dirty table. Gravy was cold and congealed couldn’t eat it. Definitely not coming back.

This IHOP is combined with Applebee's! We had lunch. Our server was really nice and accommodating. I asked for a suggestion for my meal and she suggested the Quesadilla Burger. It was good. There are TVs all around for the sports enthusiasts, I counted 28 screens!!! The prices were reasonable and the girls enjoyed themselves. The place was extremely clean and the food came out hot in less than 15 mins.

Party of 4, on my birthday, go out for breakfast. Our waiter immediately asks what we want, b4 asking about water, coffee, etc. We order, str8 off menu. Drinks come, but after 30 minutes, no food. 10 minutes later, platters come out, minus pancakes, toast, utensils. 5 minutes later, my daughter gets up, gets utensils. 25 minutes later, pancakes & toast arrive. After initial complaint, manager ghosts us. By far, worst breakfast out experience ever for me. Btw, tipped the waiter 15%, turned 67 on 11/9, day of disaster. Never again, IHOP. Thanks, Noah, I know you were doing your best. Kendra, mgr., no excuse.

This place was the best we’ve been to. Our server has been the absolute sweetest and the food was amazing! Definitely exceeded expectations as well as service! The onion rings were the only thing that made it past the people for a picture lol
This place was unbelievable!!!! Thank you so much to our waiter Chris Garza who was outstanding with us. We had a large group come in last minute and he handled us with such care and respect! Thank you so much. I can’t wait to return!

It's IHOP. Nothing spectacular. They did combine Applebee's and IHOP. I hadn't had Applebee's in about 8 years. We had a lovely, soft-spoken polite waitress. It was quiet, not extremely packed. We went a little later in the evening. I enjoyed my won-ton tacos, and my hash browns were perfectly cooked!
