Thanks to Maxwell the experience was phenomenal! It was pretty busy and we were placed at a crowded area but we asked our server to move and he put us at a perfect booth. He was super helpful and patient even though it wasn’t his section he took care of us perfectly! Thanks to Maxwell we will be coming back for sure and asking for him!

Monday 10am, terrible service by not notifying us that the kitchen has insufficient strawberries for the Strawberry Waffle plate. Brought a few (3) slivers of strawberries and then a small cup of strawberry relish to cover a large waffle. Should have been notified immediately that the dish ordered was insufficient. I seemed like we were supposed to ask for extra items without being asked by an inadequately trained server. Asked for the manager who tried to blame the server instead of taking responsibility as management to assist new servers and train them properly on customer service. Yes we were comped our meal but highly disappointed in the conversation with the manager. The other parts of the meal were good (omelet, eggs, pancakes, and sides). Server needs to be trained to check in with customers on their needs during the meal, sometimes they over check, this one never checked with us. I was outfitted with a surgical arm brace and only had use of one hand/arm but not offered salt alternative, since I could not grind the salt with only one hand.

This location is awesome now. The food has been fantastic the last couple of times we have been in. The Staff are very friendly. Special mention of Nalani, She is on top of her game and has a wonderful attitude. 3wks and Back again, Adad and food were perfect!

Had a wonderful morning breakfast this morning! Our waitress, Jennifer A, was amazing. She delivered quick and delicious pancakes and was always making sure we had everything we needed. She is very sweet and attentive, awesome work!! We will be back and will hopefully be seeing more of her.

2nd time ordered, We decided to try IHOP again, again I called to make sure we got UNSWEET TEA, and again they sent sweet tea. I really think they don't look at the order or listen when the customer calls to make sure the order is done correctly. I'm really not sure I will order from IHOP again. When you go in to eat the wait staff listens to the order and makes sure it's done correctly. 1st time ordered, We ordered through a delivery service, we ordered a full stack of pancakes with a side of bacon, and the big steak omelet and it comes with a small stack of pancakes, we also ordered 2 30 oz unsweet teas. I called and made sure the lady I spoke to knew we wanted unsweet teas and asked for extra butter. When we received the order we had 4 kids size sweet teas and only 3 butters and syrup for the 2 orders of pancakes. We don't drink sweet tea so we ended up throwing them away.

A perfect 10🤗 which I have, never given.... Clean, no odors, pleasant host, food was what we expected, price on point. Our server I believe her name is Autumn,,, should be a regional trainer for all IHOP, I haven't seen a server like her in many years. An example to her peers. Courteous, observant, attentive... When was the last time you could say that about your service? Thank you Autumn, because of who you are, at such a young age, your going to go far in life.

To preface, it is very rare I write negative reviews. Didn't even get to experience the food. We came in, we're ignored by hostess. Then when we gave our name they didn't write it down. Then I went up and found out they didn't, so we were added, apologized to and told we would be seated immediately. I saw our name be written this time. (We watched a LOT of other people come in after us get seated) Then the same process occurred! Still not seated after 45 minutes. We finally gave up and left. We also watched a lot of people try to pay at the counter, when apparently you're supposed to pay with your server. (This also happened to us the previous time we were here. It was not properly communicated by wait staff then and clearly this is still an issue)

Maxwell served me tonight for dinner, and he was absolutely outstanding. He offered great recommendations (I always like to ask what the staff suggests), helped me check my gift card balance, and was respectful and attentive throughout the entire meal. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so well taken care of at a restaurant—or even at a store.
Maxwell did his job with a smile, took the time to clarify anything I didn’t understand, and kindly explained the dishes I wasn’t familiar with. I’m not from here, so that extra effort meant a lot. We need more people like him in this world—those who do their job with genuine care, kindness, and pride.
Because of his service, I would return to this IHOP again without hesitation.
He even made sure I had my leftovers packed to go and brought me water for the road — small things that really make a difference. Thank you, Maxwell!
