I'm so happy Ihop is one of the few places not ruined by covid. 3am breakfasts still remain the best. Waitress was great and the kitchen cooked my food really well.

Upon entering the location, it was clean and neat. We were greeted immediately and shown to a table. It was not busy. The server was very friendly, but… There were two of us and we ordered Our meals at the same time. We received One meal within about 10 minutes of arriving, which is not bad but it took an additional 20 minutes to get The other half of our order to the table. I am a senior citizen so was my dinner partner and when I asked about senior discounts we were told that they no longer apply I then asked about Aarp discounts and he said they no longer apply. I went to the Aarp website and they still show Aarp discounts For IHOP. So what’s really going on, this was real confusing since the last time I went to an IHOP I got the discount.

My family and I came here on a Tuesday at around 10:45am it wasn’t busy. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and our waiter never checked in on us. I had to remind him to also get our ticket after waiting ten minutes just on that. We were here well over an hour. The restroom was filthy, this location needs new leadership ASAP. Stay away from this spot.

This is our favorite IHOP! Food is always fresh and made correctly. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Belle is amazing! Can’t wait for the next pancake reveal ☺️

Walked in and sat down, then a approached by a woman at the front desk. She wanted us to follow her to reseat us, however we refused. Why? She saw us when.we came in and never acknowledged us. So we continued to wait where we were. Our waiter came and he was AWESOME, I told him.what happened and he apologized. Then.he did an.awesome job, waiting on us just sweet and friendly I believe his name was GIO. Beautiful young man very respectful and he went above and beyond his GM (don't know her name) also Hispanic and very nice and accommodating very, very kind as well. We used to go to the one on.San Pedro, they had the worse staff. Anyway the moral of the story is be nice and kind to everyone no matter thier race. You just never know who that person is. THANK YOU GIO AND GM. GREAT JOB!

The server was very neglectful. Took forever to get drinks. Was originally told there was no shredded beef for my omelet, then after she brought out my food (alternative option), she told me they do, in fact, have it... when it was time to go, I had to ask repeatedly for butter for my pancakes I was taking.
