Came for national pancake day. It was a few minutes past 7 and even though the deal was advertised until 8, the hostess told us the manager decided to end it an hour early. Even mentioned other locations were probably still good for it. Then when we decided to still get a table, she told us it would take a while because all the open tables were dirty (which was crazy because they were half empty). We ended up leaving after a bit. Very disappointing.

Good afternoon the truth I want to tell ala a small white girl the truth was an orible deal I threw a plate a my son in the furniture I do not think that treatment he gave us did not bring the drinks everything we asked for was very rude I do not know what was really wrong he works with the public and it should not be haci I think very bad but good that God touches his heart so that all that anger is removed and stops treating people

This was a weird interaction. The service was AGONIZINGLY slow. It felt like 25 minutes to get a waiter and 50 minutes to get food. Probably the slowest service I'd ever had. Maybe they were short staffed and maybe not. But that was brutal.
The FOOD was unbelievable. I've never had such good food from an IHOP. Its always been pretty average. Its a meal when you need it late at night and everywhere else is closed. But this was amazing. Extra star back for the quality of the food that day.

I really don't know how the service of this particular. IHOP location is I came in. There was nobody up front. I waited 10 minutes to get seated. Nobody came up front at the tables.None of the patrons seem to have their food.Just drinks. Even if it was early in the morning, I would still expect to be served or greeted, I won't be returning to this location.

It’s 9pm on a Saturday I’ve been sitting with a menu and no clue who my server is for 20 minutes. Ever since this location opened they have horrible service during the nights especially after 10-11pm idk if it’s a lack of communication training or management but it’s consistently bad.

Jessica the best attitude friendly she even prayed with us and said Amen loved her service thank you so much. I will definitely come back and sit in her station.
My son and I went to IHOP at this location on Christmas day. We got seated immediately with surprise me because there was some people there before us. Our server was great a lot of energy for someone who was working on her 12th hour. I had had a big breakfast so I didn't think I was going to be that hungry my son came over around 2 in the afternoon I was going to order light which is two pancakes two of everything and I was surprised I ate it all the food which was great, my son had his sampler his favorite.... the atmosphere was great very festive lots of families there and the staff was very courteous full of the Christmas spirit it makes you really feel welcome there. I think the servers and food preparers does a lot of credit for working on a holiday like that especially Christmas. As we were leaving we were all wished a very merry Christmas I couldn't be more impressed especially at this location I had never been there before and it was very close to where I live. I just want to thank all the people who work there who sacrificed a part of their day to make their customers happy with a great meal...

Took almost 10 minutes to get seated. There were 2 people working the 6 tables with people at them. The food was cold! I first noticed this with the gravy for my biscuits. It was cold and not even mixed up. The hashbrowns were hard, cold hashbrowns rectangles. I think someone probably cooked them an hour or more ago & let them sit out. Cold pancake, cold biscuit, cold gravy, cold bacon, cold sausage, cold ham! Very disappointed in iHop! Go somewhere else! There’s another iHop a couple of miles north and south of here.

Loved the attitude of the hostess that seated me. Waitress was on top of her game! Food was delicious. The only bad side is I was working while eating and food got cold since I was seated close to the door and it was cold outside. Other than that good overall service!
