It’s 3:00 am. There are only 2 tables occupied It took 15 minutes to place the order. Waitress spends a lot of time in the back. Food was cold when it arrived. The guy at the table next to me started to leave without paying because she was so slow bringing the check

Food was fine but service was pretty slow and they didn't put the strawberries on our kids' pancakes as expected because "we're low on strawberries". So y'all have strawberries but figured my kids weren't important enough to get them even though it's supposed to come with them? The server and staff are very friendly...which made the strawberry think odd. If they weren't as friendly, it would've been 3 stars.

We had a very delicious breakfast, being very busy the waiting time was very short, there are many options to choose from, highly recommended.
Our waitres was awesome. She went above and beyond, explaining items on the menu and very friendly

They brought one person's order out and then took 45 min to bring the order for 2nd person. We ordered at the same time. Then, when it finally came, there was a nice brown strand of hair laying across the omelet. They only offered us 10% off. I will not be back. They had a full staff. This had to be poor management. I would not recommend this IHOP.

It's been getting real annoying lately how this location just handles working. Past several times it's a little something different, servers speaking over everyone across the restaurant just ruining the customers conversation I would say rude. Being slow as can be making food or coming back with a refill or the check. A couple times bringing food cold and dry or cold and under cooked. Or just taking 20 mins before a server asks for what you'd like to drink. Only for us say F this lets go to Whataburger. Not to mention every visit since they opened, the damn cups SMELL finish your drink and give the cup a whiff. This time I was excited for a burrito one that's not smothered and needing a fork too eat. Nah they hand me a mess and say "sorry she messed up when making it". I just felt disrespected and disappointed, fix the mistake and bring me the food, do the job, don't half ass it. I guess the food was edible but I didn't have the appetite after just being blown off like that. So I guess I'll pay $8 for a side order of hash browns and sweet tea in a smelly glass?
