Our experience at beginning was fine, not until, a waitress was rude, I don't want to express myself again the place, but the supervisor was very kind!!

Love IHOP, but will not be back to the 410 location by airport. We ate, then went to Walmart next door right after. All three of us couldn't even do our shopping, we STAYED in restroom, the one in back of store and the one up front,, gave up and went home, all were still sick until dinner time🤢. Everything tasted alright and didn't have same orders, but something definitely went wrong.Kitchen got our order messed up, but server was very on top of issue to get corrected. Understand open 24hrs. But are they so busy in middle of night they can't sweep the floor by 9am, it was very obvious? Not returning to this location.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, however, this particular IHOP was very accessible, Open and clean. The food was prepared pretty much how I asked, except those rascally hard to make over easy Eggs 🤣. The wait staff was great.

First and foremost young lady with blond hair serviced us and felt uncomfortable as she looked as if she seemed bothered. At the end as I was paying she had asked my wife if my 3 year old was had been checked for ADHD which to me make our experience very shocked and uncomfortable. On top of that lemons were dried out, hash browns were over cooked and had a small burnt flavor, Mac and cheese was dried out, chicken strips were over fried, dirty coffee pot left on our table that was not ours. This is our second bad experience at IHOP. We will not be returning. 😡

The food was cold and there was a couple of roachs on the floor we and the other family saw.
The service by the male waiter was outstanding although it took along long time fore the food to come out he hustled and really tired, when the female waitress came in she also did outstanding service. I had brought my daughter, granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren to eat and it really was bad. I am sure it was a short staffing issue.
